How much can the storage hold?

You can store up to 10 items, plus 15 items for each neighbor you have.

Your capacity is displayed in the "Items" section inside "My Storage". The numbers will only be displayed when you click on the "Items" tab in My Storage. The number of each type of item stored is displayed with that item on the storage page.

There is also the option to add neighbours (+add Capacity) from the Items section, as the storage capacity is linked to your neighbor count. This too is removed from the window as soon as you switch over to your Harvests section.

When you select Harvests, the capacity and usage are not shown in the window.

Neighbor and storage calculation:
1 neighbor = 25 items stored
2 neighbors= 40 items stored
5 neighbors = 85 items stored
10 neighbors = 160 items stored
15 neighbors = 225 items stored
20 neighbors= 310 items stored
25 neighbors = 375 items stored
30 neighbors = 460 items stored

How do I move items in and out of storage? There are several ways to do this...

For storing single or just a few items....Click on the item/animal and choose "Add To Storage", on the menu.
For storing large amounts....

Moving multiple Animals from farm to their buildings....

**Please note that when taking flowers and trees out of storage, growth time resets to 0% and so they must regrow again.

Not sure who to direct my question to, so here goes!

I redecorated my farms several months ago and put into storage, the Flower Shop, Fish Farming Facility and the Seafood Restaurant. I am in the process of redecorating again and wanted to bring these items back out, but they are no longer in my storage. I've no idea how long they've been gone, but things I put there in the last week or two are still there. It seems that nothing prior to that is, with the exception of my tools (THANK GOD!)...

What should I do?

You'll have to contact FT support using the report/contact app link under the FT game screen in hopes of them refunding you. They can take up to 2 weeks for response depending on how many tickets they have .Good luck!

It requires way too much clicking and takes forever when we need so many animals in each building. To have to click on each animal put it on the farm and then and then click the animal to add to the building is too time consuming, not to mention hard on the wrist. We really need a faster way to do this with the animals.

It would be nice. We all have to spend so much time on the farm now and it seems to be a full time job instead of an enjoyable game to play... like it use to be.

All of us would really appreciate if you can fix these two problems. :)

There is a fast way to add the animals from the gift box to their sheds (if on that farm). It's the 'store all' button and was added the last update.

OK, if you get lots of animals as gifts its easy to move to the buildings in 1 Click,
but buy some and see what you have to do.

I will tell you

How many clicks to buy 100 Llama's and add them to the Building?

Buy 1 Llama = 1 click to place on farm

Click that one to Buy Multiple = 100 Clicks to place on farm

Click each to add to Building = 100 Clicks

and each one ask do you want to add to the building= 100 more Clicks

NOW THAT IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD DON'T YA THINK

I am not able to sell my excess items in the marketplace. It will pull up and ask if I want to sell and I click yes. Then goes to where I should be able to sell items but does nothing when I click on sell items or sell half.

Hi there. It says facebook or farmtown is not working? Just clarifying so we don't miss something :) Does the same thing happen when you are using a browser other than IE? Could you please uninstall your flashplayer, reboot and then redownload it to see if maybe this is flash related?

I am also having the storage problems. It won't load and crashes. I tried to sell in the marketplace and had the same problem. I tried uninstalling and installing Adobe Flash, but it didn't help. Any other suggestions?

Hello,

Delete your browser cache and also the macomedia file for FT. Close browser, reload the game. Dont open your storage yet. Go back to the adobe site and instead of deleting the FT file, increase the storage to 1MB. Reload the game again, when it's loaded , open your storage while you are on your own farm. Allow it to fully load, then change the filter to "non ingredients". Then go to market to sell. Sell the non ingredients then change the filter to another setting if you want to sell other items.

Remember, with the amount of facilities that we have now, there will be a lot of products that are were previously "non-ingredients" and are now used in the newer facilities. If you dont own all the facilities and are not planning on getting them in the near future, check your storage with the filter set to "from facilities" and see if there is anything in there that you either dont need or can "sell half" of, try selling those so that there is less in storage for you to load.

The store all for the facility manager is only available if you bought the green Farm Cash forklift and have it in storage.

If you are talking about the gifts, everyone has it in their gift box :)

What you harvest from the farm is Sugarcane, not sugar. Sugarcane has to be processed in the Sugar Refinery to become sugar.

I know that of course -- the sugarcane does show up in storage, but the sugar from the facilities does NOT, nor does sugar gifted from neighbors.:(

Have done all the cleaning out and reloading flash. Problems in facility manager also. So slow between doing things just worked my facilities the old way. Don't want to work on my farms with it like this.

In the game.........Hover your mouse over the yellow toolbox. Look for a grey shed with a blue arrow. That's the "add to Item storage tool". Just click on it and then click the items you want to send to storage. It will keep adding them until you either click the green man to stop using it or run out of storage space.

Make sure you have plenty of room to move the items out to place on.

I Have 2 wool sheds and they each have 100 sheep and 100 llamas. Shouldn't 200 of each make enough rolls to at least make all the wool items in the sewing factory every 3 days?
And is wool fleece suppose to show up in the storage as rabbit fleece does? Thanks, I puzzled.

The way the raw material shows is as Sheep Wool and Llama Wool. These are two separate items and make two separate products.
To make 1 batch of Sheep Woll Textile Roll (3 rolls) requires 5 Sheep Wool. The facility can make 90 batches in 15 days. So 90 x 5 = 450 Sheep Wool to fill just the Sheep Wool Textile Rolls. Another 360 Sheep Wool is required to fill the Wool Yarn production. So just for Sheep Wool alone you need 810 Sheep Wool.
The LLama Woll requires the same amount (450) to make Llama Wool Textile Roll. There are no other products to produce with Llama Wool in that facility.
Both Sheep Wool and Llama Wool are also used in the Toy Factory.

I just removed flowers from my storage and when it said that to me, I just moved over a space and layed it there. I kept going this way skipping the spots where it wouldn't let me lay them and then at the end, I counted the spots where I couldn't lay flowers (oddly it was 9 on every little design I was laying) and found a clear spot where I could lay them temporarily. I then clicked the green man and picked up each flower and placed them in those same spots that wouldn't allow me to and it worked!!!

I have around 1000 each of sheep, lamas, cows, hens, and I can still run out of stock, but isn't that part of the fun of playing this game?

I actually now produce more cheese than I can use, a far cry to what it was only 3 months ago, and yet I have no extra production factories and I make more cheese products.

the only way to move something to another farm is via storage... try taking something out of storage temporarily while you move the facility, you can always put it back afterwards.

in answer to your other question, yes, you can have them on any farm and they will work :)

I can take out of storage anything I want, just can't add the facility into the storage. I am over capacity in storage as I lost a significant number of neighbors. So it's not letting me add a THING until I increase my neighbors. I can't even add back the item I took out, to try and make room for the facility.... :(

Are you clicking the Start All or clicking on the item (Cheese Pizza) in the facility? If it is the Start All then you will not get any message. If you click in the facility on the item, then you should get a message telling you what is missing or that no more can be produced.

i use google chrome, do not use the start all button as that requires something i do not yet have for my farm. I am not getting that message or any message on these items. the only time i get the message that you are talking about is when I have clicked too many times, when i am below 30 count, because i am going to fast.

Ok then how do you know it isn't making the item if the count goes down to the point you get the message about it being full? That would tell me it is making them.

Ok, I complained when I had 200 sheep and 200 llamas that I didn't have enough wool for the shower curtains and the sewing factory. Well, I now have 500 sheep and 400 llamas and still don't have enough wool to fill the sewing factory and make the shower curtains.

I have 503 units of milk which I get from part holsteins and part single cows. I have 2 dairys and make only cheese and butter in them. I still always run out of milk before I get to the ice creams factory. I don't understand. What is your calculation for this. Is it a storage problem?

Just to fill one dairy to maximum for butter takes 720 milk and for cheese takes 180 more milk. I bet if you check your storage you have enough butter to last for a long time.
The wool is a little more difficult to calculate because you have another step in between. To make just the Sheep Wool Textile Rolls takes 450 sheep to max it out and the same for Llama wool. Then with those rolls you make the other products you are talking about.

Well, many have hollared about taking things out of Non-ingredients if the developers know they are going to be used in the upcoming update, so maybe they listened. Not that I believe that but you never know.:confused:

I'm hoping this is the right thread, but has anyone else noticed that ever since the bakery has been able to make rhubarb pie, that the game will not remember that you checkmarked that product box in the selling panel?
Everytime I click the "sell all selected" i have to go down the list and RECHECK the box for that pie to sell it seperatly cause the game wont remember to keep that box checked.

The rhubarb pie is the ONLY item that wont stay checked. all others are remembered.

Hello,

Have you tried clearing your caches, to get rid of any old data that may have caused the problem? If not please try that. Instructions , if you need them, in my signature. Also try collecting from one facility, save the game, reload or go to another farm/inn/marketplace and return, then see if the products made it to your storage.

Check you date and time on the computer. This can cause this kind of problem if those are not correct.

You can contact Farm Town support from the Report/Contact this App link at the bottom of your farm page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page under everything and the link is there. Choose the middle option (contact the developer of Farm Town) then fill out the form.

Yes, I have cleaned my cache etc. This is a brand new PC and I have tried it on the old one I use to use too and my stuff is still failing to go to my storage box. I have tried mozilla and IE also I have saved, etc. went to the inn an back, but when I open my facility I still have the same stuff there as if I didn't store it. I click store it goes and says 0 pending and then come back 10 seconds later the amount is back and it won't store. What do I do. I feel like giving up on farmtown at this point. :(

Sorry to hear those haven't helped. As you have tried the recommended suggestions, could you please also click on the following below, read the 1st post on page 1 and supply the information requested in a reply there. That thread is where we gather information to send on to the developers, for this type of problem .

So that you don't get repeat suggestions after posting there, it would be worth mentioning in your post, that you have tried clearing caches and checked your comp time etc. ;)

I am posting for a friend who doesn't seem to find her way truly through the forum, but seems to have quite some problems...

This is part of her message I got:
I use chrome, it's a pc with vista, chrome won't let you touch their flash files (keeps telling me they update themselves), and I can't be more specific about farmtown since I can't recall every, single detail (it changes day to day, too) - I try to make bread, it tells me I need more flour ... I check my flour supply in storage, and it shows I have over a thousand bags. I make more flour, it tells me I have no wheat. I check the wheat and there are more than a thousand wheat in storage. I try to make something with maple lumber, it tells me there is no lumber. I check the storage, and there is over 3 thousand maple lumber, 5,000 maple logs. It does this for a lot of different items. I can't make frozen pizza, but the items needed to make it are all there. I can't put things in the 'client' buildings, but I have thousands of the items needed to stock those buildings. I even deleted farmtown, rebooted the pc, opened facebook after having dumped cache, and reinstalled the game - no change. I understand about removing the macro files by deleting slashkey - i do that at least once a week, sometimes more. it never helps! i have planted more wheat, too - and today it tells me (before harvest) that I have over a thousand wheat in my storage whereas yesterday, it said I had 3 (which was why I planted more). I have been making copper sheets for MONTHS now, and yet my totals continue to equal 214 no matter how often I store the item and make more. The maple 'lumber' have started appearing now, but again, the totals never go beyond 200 regardless of the amount I continue to produce in the saw mill. I am at a total loss, but I don't trust the forum now since regardless of where I post, they just toss it in the trash.

It seems she has enough in her storage, but can't use the items... She has cleaned cache, media files and such. Anyone that can help her?

Only thing I can say as far as the Flash is if you upgrade the Flash for IE it will also upgrade the Flash for Chrome. I discovered this when I upgraded to the new version.

I harvest all my animals every morning. I do not seem to be getting my hen eggs. With 11 farms, I should be collecting 1100 eggs per day. My storage level has not gone up at all!

Hello,

I'm not sure what you mean by storage level. The only storage that is limited by capacity is your Item storage. That's the one that is governed by the amount of neighbours you have. You start with a capacity of 10 items, then for each neighbour, you get another 10.

For your egg problem, could you please try clearing your cache and macromedia files, close browser, and reload game, which will get rid of any old data that may have caused the problem. Instructions , if you need them, can be found........

I'm having the same problem. I am storing 128 items out of a capacity >1100 so it's not that. Can't add my manure spreader for 2 days now so I can't fertilize other farms. ANyone know if this is a FT issue or something I should do on my end?

Hello,

It's entirely up to you if you choose to sell excess products that you have made in facilities and stored. If you have a lot of a particular product you could always "sell half" of it to make yourself some coins. If you don't have some of the facilities, have a look and see what else you can sell, that you don't use.When you go to market to sell, select the "non-ingredients" filter to sell everything that can't be used in another facility. Remember to change the filter to something else when you want to look for anything else in there.

To answer your other question. There is a maximum amount that you can start production in each facility. The ones that your friends can help with (windmill, sugar refinery etc) have a 15 day's worth limit. The ones that they cant help with, like mineral mines, fish farm etc have a 7 day limit.
To see if it's that. Just open on of your facilities and instead of clicking "Start all" click the "Start batch" button.

They will work either way. So if you want to put them in storage then do so as they will still work.

You need to have an area to put it in that is larger than what the item requires. Also make sure you don't have anything hidden (trees, flowers, buildings or decorations) so you aren't trying to set it down on any other item.

I fail to understand why this game program has gotten so buggy as you continue to upgrade it. You introduced a new menu item for the requests which hasn't worked a single time for me, and I clear my caches OFTEN, too. Can someone suggest another route for me to get these issues corrected??? I certainly would appreciate it!

It sounds like the place you are trying place the facility is where something is hidden like flowers, trees etc even though they are hidden nothing can be placed there ensure where you are trying to place the facilities is plain land (nothing hidden) :)

To answer your problem with the My Requests tab. Go to your Chrome Tools (wrench in the upper right corner) and clickon that and then Options in the menu. Then go to Under the Hood. The top item is Privacy and there is a button for Content Settings. Click on that. Top item on the new page is Cookies. Click on Manage Exceptions and add the following sites to the list.

L1.slashkey.com
Slashkey.com

Exit from that page and then go on down the list to Pop-ups and again click on Manage Exceptions and again add the above sites.
Close all of the options windows and close your browser. This will save your changes. Reopen the browser and try the My Requests again.

Hello there. Sometimes posts are misread or misunderstood, that's life. Al was simply trying to assist you further. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Never are 'excuses' made we simply need to troubleshoot errors to solve them or to further educate ourselves why they may be happening in the first place.

You mentioned earlier that you are using Chrome, could you please verify for me if this same problem occurs while using another browser such Firefox or Internet Explorer. I would appreciate that. Thanks.

Also, you posted on my wall that you would like to get in touch with the support team. Click the 'contact/report' link that is located at the very bottom of the screen under your farm and you will have the option to fill out a support ticket.

To do so, I had to delete some plots to make a space for them on one of my farms, set them down and then sell them. A "sell" button would be great, and make it simple to sell an item from the gift box. How about it devs? :)

you can sell your gifts at the market when Tom asks you what you want to do select "I want to sell my harvests and gifts and on the gifts tab you can sell them there without needing to place them on the farm :)

you can use the "add to storage tool" inside the extended toolbox add the items you want to sell into storage then go to market and sell them.

When you go to the market....

In the upper right corner you can choose ALL if you wish to see all your products for sale, and you can choose to SELL HALF or SELL (all) of each particular item.. That is the long way

and/or

you can choose from that upper right menu for a list of Non-Ingredients and then SELL ALL of them with one click

the problem with this procedure is that it will also sell things like Grapefruits, Junipers etc... items that you may want to retain for a possible future use.

suggestion.....

Go to the market, prepare to sell, then go through your list of products and CHECK/SELECT each product that you KNOW you do NOT want to save. You need only do this one time, although you should "review" your list of checked items when you buy a new facility or plant (in case they need an item you have selected... then un-select it)

The advantage of this preparation is that you can then go to market whenever you want and

SELL SELECTED, with just one click
and
periodically you may want to SELL HALF of an item that you have just too much of. (exp... I sold a half million butter because the total in inventory was close to one million)

Ok. I was thinking only about sugar. The sugar refinery also produces maple syrup. In that case a 100% fill would be 4500, 2700 sugar and 1800 syrup. In a 24 hour period then with a 100% fill you should see 600 done (240 syrup and 360 sugar).

That can happen if there is just not quite enough clear space for the item to be set down, or if you were rapid placing from storage, the game may not have quite kept up with you.

If they are required for further production in your factories then you want to keep them.
If you go to the market to sell you can use the Non-ingredients filter to sell only those items not needed for further production. This will not sell the ones you need.

when you are checking in storage try going to the indivual links in the drop down menu and also make sure youre in the 'harvest and products' section

Did you sell items from the Item storage or did you sell items from the Harvests and Products side of storage? If it was the Harvests and Products side then that won't help. Look in the Item storage in the upper left corner it tells you how many items you can have in that storage and how many you have. If they are both the same number then your storage is full.

Oh! I didn't know that. It says my maximum storage is 1645. Does that sound right? I haven't counted my neighbors but I have a ton of them. I noticed that when I go to My Neighbors tab, a lot of people who used to be neighbors aren't listed that way. I would have to guess that after you are unchecking them in the 'ALL' tab, you are still going to 'non-ingredients' and selling everything under that tab, in which case you would sell them under non-ingredients. If you want to make sure you don't sell something, you can never go to the non-ingredients tab again! You have to stay under the 'ALL' button!! Make sense??

The amount of crops shown in the mouse-over in the facility manager help screen doesn't appear to be the same as that shown in my storage.
For example in the help screen for Apple Juice it says I have 2883 apples. In my storage it says 2743. I depend on this feature and it explains why I sometimes have not enough ingredients to fill facilities, as it seems to be showing more than I really have.
Having just checked a few items they all seem to be showing around 2% more in store than it shows in the actual storage I have 24640 bags of sugar showing in store but the facility manager help feature for chocolate ice cream shows 24929. Stainless steel sheets show a bigger difference, 10,264 in the help screen of "hook sets" but 9904 in store. So it isn't consistent!
Note: This only seems to be in the help screens for the Fac Manager - for example if I check the bags of sugar in the Sugar Refinery it shows the same as the store - 24640.
Ive cleared my cache and macromedia files etc etc

I had that happen to me, when I went to start a batch it said I needed more of the ingredient, but the mouse over on the help screen showed I had 147, but the storage showed I only had 2. If you are talking about the box in the upper left corner, the non-ingredient selection doesn't have the boxes to check, all the other selections from the drop down menu have the boxes. I see them on mine when I visit the marketplace to sell items.

When I go into my facilities, mines etc I work it and it says it is sending to storage but when I check its not there some of them work and some dont I dont have enough stuff or no items at all to work my other factories and let my neighbors work my farms. Example lumber I work the lumber mill its all sent to storage then when I work furniture etc that uses lumber it says I dont have any check inventory and I have logs of all kinds but no lumber same with my semi's open pit minerals mine etc how do I fix this so I can get my productions from my facilities Please help Is anyone going help I thought this was a place for help on problems

I have been trying to get some facilities and trees out of storage to place back on my farm for months. I keep getting a pop up saying the item cant be removed from storage and try again later. I am trying to by trains but I need to move a couple buildings to a different farm to do this. PLEASE HELP! :mad:

Do you have anything hidden on the farm like trees or flowers or something that you might not be seeing, if not, then you might try to clear your cache and history and see if you can move them then or try to move them to a different place to see if they can be moved. If you want to purchase train boxcar(s) just go to that farm that has the facilities you need and you can purchase the boxcar(s) on that farm and then move the boxcar(s) to any farm you want.

sometimes there is another item.... even a simple tree... that is close to where you want to place your stored item.

Try moving a few things around that area, refresh.... and it probably will work for you.

This is a rather common occurrence.

You'll need to check it's making it to storage first. Before you harvest the animals or store any cheese, check your storage and make a not of how much milk and cheese you have. Then harvest the animals and store the cheese. Check your storage again, you may need to reload for the totals to catch up if it's being slow.

Milk and cheese are used in many facilities, you may be using it all up, you will need to check where you are using it and see if you need more animals for the milk or another way to make more cheese.

Yes. No question mark means the item is a non-ingredient. So click the map and go to the selling and buying market. Then click "I wish to sell my items" or words to that effect. Then arrow down on the white drop down list and select "non-ingredients" and it will let you sell all of them in a single click. Keep an eye on question marks appearing where they have not been before in the future. Many of the items that are used as ingredients now were at one time non-ingredients as well.

There is a limit but the dev's have stated that there is too many variables to state what the maximum is on the harvests and products, before you run out of space they have mentioned that you should get a warning stating that you are almost out of space.

Tofu is made in the Food Preserve Factory. And no you cannot buy it because it is a made product. It requires soybeans to make.

When you go into the storage what does it say in the top left side where it shows your total space and how much you have in storage? Have you tried to clear your cache, cookies, and history?

I have a farm that I want to move all my trees off of and place them on several other farms. So far I can only seem to select ONE tree/item to move to storage..isn't there a way to select multiple items to move?
This is very SLOW and we sure do need a speedier way of doing this if there isn't one already. I have tried all the things I could think of but have had to do the same thing with my flowers move them ONE at a time...

Have you tried the 'add to storage' tool in the extended toolbar? similar to the animal one

Posts in H&s will always be moved into official thread when possible to keep things easier to find for ALL users, a temp redirect is in place to help with that.

It could be that your server is just busy at the moment, try again later.

Nothing is hidden and I have loads of free space when I first place them. I am considering trying it in a different browser, to compare results.

I am new here and I could not find out yet where to post my question....
I have an absolute annoying problem:
On 15 Essential Oil Facilites it is the same: I click START and it starts producing, but the XP are not given 100%!! There are LOADS of XP missing, when I was not online for some days there is a loss of nearly 300 XP/facility!!
Today after one day day it looks like that:
XP before starting Essential Oil Facility: 14037689
XP from the facility: 196
XP after adding 196 : 14037831 Makes a loss of 142 XP......ON EVERY FACILITY !!!!

So why is Farmtown cheating on me?????????
Would be happy for any advice....

Very easy to do. Click on the item you want to move....a small menu will pop up. Select the word "storage". It will move the item from your farm to your storage box. Then go to the other farm and open up your storage.....select the tab "items" and your item will be there. Click on it and you can move it to the farm you are on.


Facilities must be empty or you will loose everything in it when you move them. Make sure they are 100% done and move all that's in it to storage. Then store the building. The same if you want to move a wool shed or chicken coop or anything that stores animals. You must move all the animals out of the building and put them in storage then store the empty building and move it to your farm. Then you have to put all the animals back in it.

Anything you have harvested on all your farms goes into storage automatically and can be used in the facilities on any farm.

Moving buildings with animals in them is kind of a pain. I usually make sure which ever farm I put it on is the farm I want to keep it on. :)

Thank you Tony for your response!! You helped me figure it out. They cannot be placed on sidewalks, which is where I was trying to put them. That is why I kept getting the message, couldn't remove item from storage try again later. It should say the item cannot be placed there or something like that. But it's all figured out. If you delete them then your storage space will decrease. If this is a suggestion you are making then it needs to be put in the suggestion section. You cannot start a new thread there but you can reply to an existing thread that is appropriate for your suggestion.

Hi there,

The official limit is still 80 but some like yourself have been able to hang on to more. Removing neighbours will affect your Item storage limit. You get 15 per neighbour. As you are over the official limit, there is no guarantee that if you remove some neighbours it will let you add more to get back up to the previous level. You could perhaps try with one neighbour and see if it lets you add another. Don't forget how many neighbours you have also affects the amount of fuel you get when it's time to refuel.

Only the blue background neighbors affect storage. You can unfriend people who are in your list with white backgrounds, this will not affect your storage space.

I haven't bought a new fac that uses coconuts, I have not sold them at market or to other players. Nothing new or different in my play, no reason for them to be used up all of a sudden. I don't recall the last time I ran out of them but it would have been a long time ago. I have ample coconut trees on my farms and they are regularly harvested.

I'm wondering if your harvest/products storage has become full. If you have a considerable amount in there, try selling some. It's possible that if your storage was full it might have caused that problem.

There has been discussion on this before and they said that there was too many variables to define the limits of the Products storage, like you said there should be a pop up saying that you are close to the limit. If you keep selling your non ingredients then you shouldn't be close to it.

If your storage is 1,690 then you are getting storage space for 112 neighbors, is 112 neighbors what you have, if so, you are past the limit. The limit of neighbors is 80, but some have went past as it appears you have, below is the breakdown of your storage.

Total Storage: 1,690 - 10 for playing which leaves 1,680, then 1,680 divided by 15 for each neighbors gives you 112 neighbors.

Item storage is not the problem in this case as you've probably guessed. It is just the harvest/products storage.

There is no set guide as to how much you can store in there that i can give you. All i can tell you is that is the amount of different products and different sizes of harvests that take a toll on the storage rather than the quantity of one specific item.

I think my storage is way under the max and it was just one of those gremlin glitches. Pity it didn't happen to a crop that I could grow and replace quickly.

I'll just keep on buying coconuts and requesting the coconut ingredients. Am keeping a close eye on those stored coconuts let me tell you! ;)

If you are talking about products from facilities you can use the Non-ingredients filter to sell anything not usable in any more facilities or services and it will sell all of them.
If you are talking about things in the Items part of storage then no there is no way to sell more than 1 item at a time.

Hi,

Make sure there is a large enough clear space to place the item down. Try showing all buildings, seasonal decorations, trees and flowers to make sure there isn't something in the way.

If you were rapid moving trees from storage, you may have got ahead of the game data and it had actually run out of trees for you to place .

If they are bait then you have to store those individually. The Store All will not do those because of a glitch that has not been fixed yet.

You have to click on each individual tree, flower or animal. The only exceptions are animals from the train, which are automatically placed into storage when you unload the train.

Be sure you have a large enough space to set the items down. Make sure you don't have anything hidden as this might make you think you are setting the item in open space when actually there is something already there.
Clear your cache and restart your farm will help too.

Hi there,

When you are checking your storage, you are looking for arabic gum, right? That's the product you get from acacia trees.

If yes, are the trees planted on top of crops or flowers? If they are occupying the same space as something else, you are not always guaranteed to get the full amount as the data involved may get truncated.

ok i'm back..i just harvested some acacia trees one ata time that were just random plantings and now i have 15 arabic gum in storage..still doesn't explain what happened to the others..may be i had better check the rest of my tree harvest using the tool..maybe it's broke...lol..will let u know...

Hi,

Try clearing your browser caches to get rid of any stray data causing the problem. After you have done that, also clear your FT memcache , to do that Click Here (https://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/play/?do=clear_memcached). See if that helps.

Same thing happened to me! I haven't played in a while, been sick, bought a new farm to decorate with all my Christmas decorations, went to storage, and there is NOTHING there but harvests, and they won't even let me use them, only option is to sell them!! What happened to all my storage things????
