Problems with crops and products disappearing from storage

We are working with the developers regarding the problem of crops and items produced in the facilities disappearing from your storage bin. At this time we have not been told if there is a specific limit to the number of harvested crops and items from your facilities that may be kept in storage.

Please post in this thread only if you have had harvested crops or items produced in your facilities disappear from your storage bin or not make it into your storage bin. This thread is not for missing coins from selling harvests. This thread is only for crops or produced items from your facilities that do not make it into your storage bin, or disappear from the storage bin.

This problem does not appear to be related to a specific server.

What we do need to know is how much you had in your storage bin before you attempted to store the last items that either disappeared or never made it to the storage bin.

In order to keep the information straight for the developers any posts which are not related to this subject will be deleted. Please post questions about missing coins in the proper thread.

We will keep this thread updated with information from the developers.

I've moved your post to the appropriate official thread for you.

Did you check your harvest storage with the filter set to "ALL" as well as "from plants" ? If you have, and they still don't show, try clearing your caches, which will get rid f any old data related to FT that may have caused the problem, close browser and reload FT, see if they turn up then.

I just had neighbor try to harvest for me, when she did nothing went into storage. So we quit. So not just my combine.

Sounds like the game data just didn't quite load correctly. If you haven't already done it and to make sure it's not any old data related to FT that caused the problem Try clearing your cache and macromedia files, close browser, and reload game.Instructions , if you need them, can be found........

Hi Rhenzy. I can offer a few more suggestions but they might just be a shot in the dark. Something to try though anyways, in my opinion.

1. Is this happening with ALL facilities? Add one facility to storage NOTE: You will lose everything in production if you choose to do this.

3. Reload browser, reload farm, then bring that facility out of storage and see if it behaves as normal.

Put the same facility back in storage > Uninstall farmtown from your facebook account NOTE: you will lose any un-accepted gifts and your start date if you choose to do this. So, accept all farmtown gifts and let us if you want to know your start date (if that interests you) BEFORE un-installing the game.

Hi there! I have over 22,000 hot dogs in Storage; yet the game says I can't make hot dogs as I need the hot dog sausage (I have over 22,000 in my Storage). What should I do?

EDITED: This was put in "crops disappearing". My hot dogs DID NOT DISAPPEAR. 22,000 ARE IN STORAGE, YET THE GAME TELLS ME I HAVE NONE WHEN I TRY TO USE THEM IN FACILITY. So, they have NOT disappeared, the game just tells me I have None, even though 22,000 ARE there.

I just emptied all my facilities with sugar and it did not go into storage.. I cleared everything, rebooted computer and still missing. Hi Tony, I did set to all and facilities only. I just emptied my other sugar and checked again(30,000) in total and still nothing avail. I have cleared everything to no avail... Today I stored goods from my facilities, only to find there were none to use in my service facilities. What happened to the knive sets, dolls, teddy bears, etc??? We're talking 10 minutes or less here!

Thank you for your advice but sorry also I haven't done it yet I'm on a second thoughts of doing it because as you have said you are not sure if this will solve the problems and plus I dont like to go through all those troubles because most of my facilities decorated next to each other and I dont like to lose some product. I hope the Dev's will figure out how to solve this problem because as I have read some feedback, facilities are the prolems of the most game users. So I think its not a problems at my end because this happened since the last upgrade and Im not the only one having these facilites problems. Well for now I will just stop playing for awhile waiting for the dev's to fix these problem. Thank you again for the reply.

I have just found out that the flower I harvested at a neighbours, after watering to revive them, did not go into his storage and I also did not get any flowers...he harvested 1 wildflower and it went into his storage...none of the white and red roses that I harvested appeared..not sure how long this has been going on...only found out as I was trying to buy extra roses off him after the harvest..am not game to harvest for anyone else in case I loose everything..hope this gets fixed soon...is it because of the red sprinkler's problems???

Where the flowers sitting on top of fields or was the farm layered/stacked?
What tool did you use to water the flowers, mobile sprinkler or blue watering can?

Some players have been experiencing this problem. After watering, the best thing to do is, for you and the farmer that hired you, to reload the farm that you watered. If it was a glitch in the display the flowers will then show "ready to harvest in xxx days/hours". If they still show ready to harvest then you should be fine to harvest them as usual. The farm owner may have to reload the farm or leave and return to see the flowers in storage.
This is one of the issues that is being looked into.

Hi I did tried these intructions you have said but unfortunately it doesn't work, the problem are still there. Loading and storing products in the facilities are not working and not saving. When will be these problem be fix is the dev's doing something to fix these. Its been a few weeks and I know I'm not the only one having these kind of problems. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Are you using the non-ingredients filter to sell at market? If you are using another filter check that carp hasn't become checked before you sell. If it's not that try clearing your caches to get rid of any old data that may have caused the problem.

This may not give you back what you have lost but it could fix it so future production will go into storage.

The Crude Oil Barrels don't go straight to the refinery. You have to store the barrels in storage and then start production in the oil refinery from what is in storage.

There are 2 types of Maple tree. The yellow maple you chop for lumber and the red maple you harvest with the tree shaker to get maple sap.
So you need to get some Red Maples for the sap. These are gift items so you need to get your neighbors to send you some or exchange gifts you have received for them.

So it is always showing 28 as what is pending or as done? Check your Date and Time on your computer to make sure they are right. If this is off then this kind of thing can happen.

Are the ones you store going into storage? They would be under "from Facilities" and listed as Crude Oil Barrels.

First thing to do is hide everything (trees, flowers, buildings and decorations) then go to each farm and see if you left it on one of your farms. If you don't find it then you will need to send a report to Farm Town Support as no refunds or replacements can be done through the forum. To do this you need to go to your farm page, scroll all the way to the bottom of that page and look on the left side under the line for Report/Contact this App and click on that. Select the middle option and then fill out the form. Their response can take a while so be patient.

If you ask for something you are actually asking for the ingredients to make that item. So by clicking the + sign on cheese then what you are getting is milk to make the cheese. If you need the cheese itself go to any facilty item that uses cheese. My suggestion would be to go to the smoke house and ask for ingredients to make Smoked Cheese. This will get you cheese and oak logs. Then you can use the cheese whereever you want to use it.

Have her filter the items part of storage by Seasonal. That will show any items for seasonal holidays.

Fuel will be under the From Facilities filter. The storage has a filter in the upper right corner to allow you to look at different parts of your storage easier. Click on that filter, scroll down and set it to From Facilities then you can scroll down and find fuel cans.

My farm is doing this on MS, specifically my purple grape harvest that I was using to make red wine with. I HAD 1675 stored (300+Lg/1200+Reg) and according to the facility I would only have >10 containers to produce. I figured I could sell off the grapes, start from scratch and it would reset, but to no avail. Now I have new crops in storage totaling 150+ and still having the same issue.

Nope, didn't sell anything; just kept putting everything into storage, including watches, earings, necklaces, jewelry boxes, picture frames, porceline plates, teacup set, diamond vase, etc. They were all put somewhere other than my storage because they are not there now. I did just this. I had 194 milk in my storage this morning. I did not use that milk just to see what would happen. I just looked about 2 hours later and the milk is gone. This is not the first time this happened either and it happens with other crops. Hope it is resolved soon though.

Over the last two years, I have that happen, and the opposite too..

at times I knew that I had xxx of something, and then all of a sudden I had thousands more.

and sometimes the reverse would occur too....

Hello,

To max out production (15 days worth) on products that require cows milk in the dairy processing plant, you would need 1650 cow's milk, so no 1111 cow's milk was not enough.

You'll have to work out what products you are making and how many, to know where you are using the eggs.

Check your storage, if for example you have an excess of butter, don't make any more for a while or just make a few if you want your friends to have some when they work.

To max out dairy processing plant production (15 days worth) on products that require cows milk in the dairy processing plant, you would need 1650 cow's milk. Many don't realize that to max out butter, cream and whipped cream production takes a huge chunk of milk production. Suggest to them to cut back on making those items which I am sure they have way over what they need and that will help.

I have not had a problem with milk and eggs until recently and all my milk is gone almost everyday. Something has to get done about the milk and eggs.

I just added the Tackle shop but it says I have no fish bait to stock it with. I have had the problem before finding the fish bait in my storage although I have 3 fish farming facs producing it all the time. When I hover over water it shows that I have lots of bait but still none shows in my storage. Even though I just stored some from the facs it still does not show in my storage.

I am having a problem when I work in others facilities where the items I work for and recieve are not going to my storage. This morning I worked on two different farms and worked in their cinnamon facilities and it said 216 cinnamon bundles would be sent to my storage. I have done all the "normal " fixes ie clearing macro , adobe etc I have lost 560 units of coffee, flour milk, eggs, sugar , trees, fruit from ALL of my fruit trees, nothing is going to storage all my facilities are useless at this point. Could you double check that all aspects of the time, day, month and and year are still showing correct on your computer please. Any one of those being off can mess with timings on the farms.

If they are correct, could you also try clearing your cache and macromedia files, close browser, and reload game, which will get rid of any old data that may have caused the problem. Instructions , if you need them, can be found........

Your farm link isn't quite correct, there are some extra letters numbers and symbols between your ID number and "&farm_ix=Y", could you try again please.

I am not receiving Lemons & Coconuts after harvesting them. I JUST harvested some of each of these and NOthing appears for them in my storage. Please give me some lemons, enough for about 24 trees, and coconuts for 5 trees.

Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed several items missing from my harvested crops. I use to keep a detailed spread sheet so that I would know exactly how much I had of each crop...so as to know what to plant. They they introduced the hoover over and drop down menu that shows what the amounts are of each crop. I know for nearly a year I had on average 30,000 avacado's. I have also lost Apple and Orange tree harvests. I post every other day so I know what it takes to keep the facilities in check.....but it appears they are dropping like flies from not only my storage but many other people's as well. Mine seems to be mainly fruit trees that are showing as missing. Even with the NEW sprinkler I am not able to keep up since the loss.

Also..... I have noticed that even tho they increased some percentage for Mineral Mine, etc. It is never enough to EVER stop my facility and I have 7 MINERAL MINES and 3 Open Pit Mines and it is never enough to even come close to having enough. Very Annoying. More thought needs to be placed on calculatioin than on producing NEW facilities.

We are working with the developers regarding the problem of crops and items produced in the facilities disappearing from your storage bin. At this time we have not been told if there is a specific limit to the number of harvested crops and items from your facilities that may be kept in storage.

Please post in this thread only if you have had harvested crops or items produced in your facilities disappear from your storage bin or not make it into your storage bin. This thread is not for missing coins from selling harvests. This thread is only for crops or produced items from your facilities that do not make it into your storage bin, or disappear from the storage bin.

This problem does not appear to be related to a specific server.

What we do need to know is how much you had in your storage bin before you attempted to store the last items that either disappeared or never made it to the storage bin.

In order to keep the information straight for the developers any posts which are not related to this subject will be deleted. Please post questions about missing coins in the proper thread.

For the "store all", which forklift do you have and do you have fuel? Do you see any message when you click that button and which "store all" button were you trying to use ( the one top right of the facility manager, or the one located within the facility)?

I then used the harvest,plow tool and checked my storage..sure enough there were the clovers I harvested with that tool....So the problem seems to be with the new crops not obeying my harvest, plow, plant tool..I have the same problem with cauliflower and rhubarb and possibly radish..Haven't tried just the harvest and plow tool on those yet, but have planted test field..

I would probably be mad if I wasn't so filthy rich with coins, but I would like to store the crops I plant and harvest:)

Thanks for all the new information. Hmm that is odd......It's going to take me a while to be able to test this using my own combine. So to be clear....

it's only happening when using the Harvest/Plow/Plant combine and not the Harvest/Plow combine?
the crops you know you are having problems with are clover, cauliflower, rhubarb?


In the meantime, have you tried to take the combine out of storage, saving game, close browser, reload then put it back into storage. That sometimes resets it.

Do come back an let us know how you got on testing the other crops other combine.

Today my storage showed that I have zero clover, acorn squash and radishes.

I worked my tail off getting those crops belted and saved them for any future releases and had almost 90,000 of each in my storage.

Today...ALL GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not want to replant any because of the time it will take to get it back up to where I had each one.

I am a daily player currently at 260 and over 53 mil xp's. So I WORK at my farm very hard.

I want them back please in my storage with the same amount that I had!!!! This happened to a couple of my neighbors as well so it's not just me.

I had noticed that recently when I tried to start any production in the Petrochemical plant, that there was no petrochemical in my storage. I thought that maybe I was just forgetting to start it in the oil refinery. But this morning after getting the message that I had no petro, I went to the oil refinery and stored 6 barrels. What filter do you have your storage set to? If it is Non-ingredients and you have sold those recently then it will show nothing. Set the filter to All and see if your storage is there.

That 1 million coins total includes both what you get from clicking to receive a bonus and also the bonuses you get from friends when you post a belt bonus. So if you have been posting your bonuses then that would be why you are still at the limit.

I had this problem when I was using the secure mode (https:) for Facebook. Some would work and others wouldn't. When I went back to using the non-secure setting (http:) for Facebook then the problem went away. Not sure that is the total fix but it worked for me.

That notification in Facebook is an accumulated notice over a 24 hour period. It may show 13, but that would include 10 you have already gotten plus 3 new ones you got over-nite.

Were you one level one day and two levels lower the next day? You need to explain this one in more detail.

Were you using a combine like the Harvest and Plow combine? First thing is you don't get coins for harvesting. You only get the coins for the harvest if you go to the market and sell the crop. If you were plowing at the same time with the combine then the coins going down was paying for the plowing at 20 coins per plot.

Help please ... I am being robbed of my cheese. For weeks worth of Facilities now, I never have enough Cheese; I even brought up another dairy processing and 100 more cows thinking I would have enough.

I started the morning with 0 cheese in Storage; odd cause I work a TON of other facilities.
I "stored" my latest production of cheese, production 3,360.
TOTAL: 0

this just proves my cheese production is NOT being recognized.

What can we do, (and I hope you don't just add this prob to the long list of other missing stuff).

Hi, I am having a problem that the fish I just caught on ll my farms are not going into my storage nor are they going towards the belt bonus. I checked this morning prior to fishing and the belt is showing the same amount of fish I had yesterday morning. I did not fill any facilities.

Did you buy the Fishing Tackle Shop? If so don't use the Load All for that so you don't load bait into it. That way you can keep your bait for fishing instead of selling it.

I only see one post from you about this issue. Which suggestions have you tried to correct the problem? What we do need to know is how much you had in your storage bin before you attempted to store the last items that either disappeared or never made it to the storage bin. If you don't know, please check your storage before you next harvest corn or load any facilities.

Is it only happening on one farm, or all of them?
Did you harvest the corn or did you hire someone and which tool did they/you use?

Have you tried getting rid of the stacked plots, delete all the fields and plow new without stacking, then plant corn and see if that makes it to your storage. Stacking/layering is not recommended by moderators or developers due to the problems it can cause by corrupting data on the farms.

My crops keep disappearing out of storage. I had 25000 of wheat (approx), it dwindled to 14000, then 01. Same with my corn. I have cleaned cache, cleaned macros, reloaded, then finally restarted computer and whole game again and had lost some more crops, fish, u name it. Odd things. I don't know what to do. Neighbors have harvested....still no go.
About to quit. Why keep on planting when everything disappears

It was the first thing I did. I went to farm one, checked storage had 1100 milk. Opened facilities manager and harvested animals on the dairy barn. closed manager, check storage and had 103 milk.

I harvested my wheat today. I think the fertilizer isn't working because only part of the crop went in. Of course there is no telling if it will stay but just wondering if Devs might look into the fertilizer tool as the problem.

Did you try to fertilize after the wheat was ready to harvest? If so then the fertilizer will not work for that crop. Fertilization must be done before a crop, trees, or flowers are ready to harvest.

When I harvest my cows the milk does not go into my storage. I have over 100 cows and 3 Holsteins on farm 1 and on farm 4 I have 23 cows and 3 Holsteins and I never get any milk in my storage. I do no know how much milk I lost when I noticed that it wasn't there was when I got the message 1 more cows milk it needed. I still did not look but thought maybe something had been changed so that I needed more cows. I had about 85 cows and thought maybe I should buy some Holsteins. So now on Farm 1 I now have 100 cows and 3 Holsteins. I still got the message so I thought maybe if I bought another farm I could but another dairy shed on there and put any extra cows in there. So some time after I bough farm 4 I bought another shed and but 53 cows and 3 Holsteins in there and I am still getting the same message. It doesn't matter what I do, when I harvest cows it just does not go into storage. Wish I could give you more information but I can't think what else you might need that would help. I don't play much because I don't like to ask for it and I use up what I do get from friends in one day. Hope you can get this fixed. :confused:

How many of the facilities do you have? Milk is used for 25 different items in the facilities. Of course the dairy uses the most.

The app you mentioned is not run by slashkey/Farmtown. It sounds like the information posted there is outdated, so that may be why you are not receiving bonuses by using it.

There is a limit on how much you collect/receive from bonuses and it is 1million coins every 12 hours. If you do not think you have reached that limit , try clearing your browser cache to get rid of any old data, close browser, then try clicking on a new post.

If you have reported it to support then you need to be patient as it can take them up to 2 weeks to reply back depending on how many tickets they have.

Hello to everyone posting concerning this issue of CROPS missing or not making it to storage. Us and the developers are aware of the issue and apologize that things are still going missing. Some problems are much more difficult to repair than others.

1. Before posting here could you please clear your browser's cache and macromedia files and then please verify with us if the problem continues.

2. Also, sell out any unneeded items or any items that you may have an excess of in your storage. If this doesn't help, in your post let us know that you have done this and how much you currently have in storage. Do you feel your storage maybe to full?

We understand that this may be tedious but we thank you for your assistance in troubleshooting this problem further.

None of the seawater bait is making it from my Fish Farming Plant to my storage. Today, it did something even weirder - I was fishing in my large ocean and my seawater bait numbers started increasing! LOL After a few clicks, they reversed and started decreasing again but it was definitely an interesting experience.

For the past few months, I've had problems with other crops not making it to storage - or not going from storage to the facility that needs it. For a long time, I had problems with White Wine 1 Yr but that one is working right now.

I also started running out of chicken, aluminum sheets, copper sheets and stainless steel sheets - despite having two Mineral Mines, two Open-Pit Mines, two Semi-Trailer Trucks and 2 Metal Mills. I didn't used to run out of those things like I do now. However, I haven't been able to determine whether I'm just running out because of things I'm making in new facilities. The seawater thing is a definite issue - the others, I just wonder about.

This happens on my PC and my Mac - but yes, I've cleared my browser history and my Macromedia cache.

I have cleared cache, cookies, macromedia files and rebooted browser, also cleaned/repaired disk permissions on my MAC... My 26,000+ Rabbit Fleece that disappeared overnight from my storage have not returned... Also my Supermarket is completely empty and I didn't cash out, all the other Service Facs still have items... This is the first time this has happened to me... I've read about others experiencing this problem, but never me until now... I have also noticed that whenever I am connected to FT thru Server WF7 I have problems... ex slowness, hard to highlight, time outs (not often), avatar slow as molasses etc... I am usually connected thru WF30, 31 or 32 but this past week it's been WF7... Just a thought, could it be the connection to the Server???...

I think I've figured out the cause why the Latex disappearing after harvests, I must have used them all for the balloons in the toy factory, or the surgical gloves in the hospital supplies. That's what happens when you're using the "Start all" button, you load everything in the factories by one click, and use up all the latex that was supposed to be for the rubber sheet factory. I think from now on I'll load the toy factory, the medical supplies manually so I'll know what I'm uploading and won't be using up all the latex that is supposed to be for the rubber factory to make rubber sheets.

I went to the markets to sell non-ingredients and only got just over $4 million whereas i would normally get in excess of $200 million.
I can usually fill my factories up and all of them but will be lucky if i can get 5% full overall with what I have left in storage.
I have earlier had all my crops, trees and fish harvested and no way has all of it gone into the storage.

I'm having similar issues although the only one I've actually taken the time to investigate is the seawater bait mentioned above. But just going by "feel", it seems like I'm out of a lot of stuff that I don't typically run out of. Or seems like I'll harvest a lot of something and then I'm out again much sooner than I would expect.

All of us ALWAYS clear our browsers when an issue arises. We all ALWAYS do all the things this forum always suggests to do BEFORE WE EVER CONTACT THIS FORUM. It would help us morale wise if knew there were real people who give a flip about the game and the players were behind this forum and working towards a solution of continuing issues.

If this were not an issue within YOUR GAME ITSELF then there would not be at least 1000 posts from this year alone on the same issue: Vanishing buildings, crops, decorations, trees, harvests, storage, animals, etc. Thus, quit telling us to clear our browsers when we all already know to do that and these problems exist for numerous players --- many long time players, many new players, and dozens who have left the game for greener pastures and a Game Support who cares, responds, and tries to resolve the issues --- not dump into the lap of the frustrated players.

This is your standard uncompassionate response to everything: even, I bet, to your children and spouse in the real world. "Clear your browser", "Reload". Perhaps one day one of those spouses will "reload" with a new mate or lover, or your hunting gun.

Clearing stuff isn't the answer, Phyliss. It's just the standard response rather than admit game glitches, script errors, or other serious In House issues with game development. I just spent several million busting my rear trying to get my second farm and decorate for Christmas. I just added two days ago a full rabbit hutch and a Sandwich Shop IN PRODUCTION. This morning, my Santa's Shop was missing. My Sandwich Shop was missing and still is 9 hours later. My Rabbit Hutch and rabbits are still missing and the rabbits were 4 hours from harvest the last time I saw it. I've hidden everything and reopened it. I've had neighbors and a relative check my farm.

My cousin, who just joined (Dempsey Rose at Farms of Dempsey Rose) just spent 3 million decorating her first farm for Christmas. All her White Picket Fences and 5 Christmas fence posts are gone. As of 5 hours ago, they are still gone. No response from this forum or from Game Support to either of us and this is about the 30th time I've posted notices and complaints of this very issue since I joined this game at the request of a long-time gaming friend.

My cousin and I both have SeaMonkey browser because it was designed by game developers, for developers, and for high tech, high resolution games. Therefore, this Mozilla sibling of Firefox IS NOT THE ISSUE. I have CCleaner and use it 5 times a day like it was a rosary. If you scan through this entire forum topic by topic you will find that "Clear your Browser" is their standard response to everything under the sun and you never hear back.

Since installing SeaMonkey, I have gotten 15 Red Alert warnings in the past 72 hours of "Unauthenicated material on this page", "Unauthenicated material in this site. Do you wish to continue?" No response from this Forum or from Game Support on that matter either. When I complained to 2 of my Farm Town neighbors who I also work for on a regular basis, the matter stopped and I haven't received this alert in 23 hours. But the other issues have existed from Day One. And from Day One, I have never received any response from anyone beyond "Clear your browser". This stinks at best.

Anyone who spends their own money to purchase items or factories in this game is nuts!!!

First I want to thank you for all your work, so we might enjoy the game.

I used the new Harvest, plow, sow to harvest my wheat this eve. The wheat did not get put in my storage,

First I refreshed, still not there. Then I cleaned my browser and cache. Still not there. Then waited a while went out of farm town and back again. Still not there.

I have been playing Farm Town about three years. When I started we had one farm, and the highest level was 65.

I just had neighbor try to harvest for me, when she did nothing went into storage. So we quit. So not just my combine.

When I click on the Facilities Manager to the speciifed factory, I get a -0- in the specific items list. Meaning: I have ample stuff in my storage for at least 4 batches of Ham Pizza but the products are not going to the restaurant so they can be produced. Why is this? Are you getting any timeouts or connection errors? What type of internet connection are you using (dial-up, DSl, cable modem)?

My issue at this moment ( and this is the 4th post today) is that I have plenty of products in my storage to go to my Bakery and to my dairy and ice cream factory as well as the Pizza Restaurant but those items are not going there. When I click on the Facilities Manager to the speciifed factory, I get a -0- in the specific items list. Meaning: I have ample stuff in my storage for at least 4 batches of Ham Pizza but the products are not going to the restaurant so they can be produced. Why is this? And don't tell me squat about clearing caches.

I have ample resources in my storage for my bakery. Meaning: I have ample flour in my storage to produce at least 4 batches of bread and at least 4 batches of hot dog buns. I also have AMPLE HOT DOG BUNS AND WIENERS AND PASTRAMI AND HAM AND PEPPERONI FOR MY STILL MISSING SANDWICH SHOP BOUGHT 27 HOURS AGO AND MISSING WHILE IN FULL PRODUCTION FOR THE PAST 13 HOURS!!!!

My dairy items are not going to the dairy now. They did this morning. They aren't now. Why is this??????

Merciful God, when are you going to fix these issues that have gone on for the entire time this one player has been in the game, and which has created issues for other players for at least the past 6 months??????


I can see your sandwich restaurant which has 2 active productions (1 finished) behind the bakery next to the wheat field

now the only thing that is obvious that i can see as to why you may not be able to produce certain products is that you don't own a semi-trailer truck and or a food preserve factory that the sandwich factory and bakery rely heavily on.

The devs are aware of the current issues with items going missing from storage and are working on a fix unfortunately some issues do take time to correct.

Even more confused after your posting.I have NO.....NONE....NADA ,,, Tropical Fruit in my Vegeterian facility at all. There is NO way that you were able to see 7120, when there is NONE there.

MY whole point in this grip is my storage unit showed 700+ available to be used in the Vegeterian facility. I normally have over 20,000+ of ALL crops.
When I went to sell all products for all 100+ facilities....it TOOK the small available amount of 738.

I should not have to change anything at all on the cantaloupe for it to continue to be used as it was intended. This is a glitch.

Just annoying that I can't seem to get anyone to completely understand the problem. :(

Hi, This is the first time I have had any issues with FT. I noticed that I had 40,000 units of wheat in my stores yesterday and today I had 13,000!!! That is just within 10 or 12 hours! So far I think it's only wheat but I haven't done a complete inventory.

I'm having the same problem with milk. I harvest twice a day. Immediately after harvest, I'm unable to start production in the ice cream factory. I have 12 farms with 12 dairy barns at capacity and cows standing in the fields. This has been going on for weeks. I've asked for help but no response. The only rabbits that are harvestable are the white rabbits from the store. Make sure that is what you have in the ones that won't harvest. Also try harvesting them directly from the building instead of the Facility Manager (iof you do have the white rabbits in them).

Hi there,

That's unlikely to be enough depending on the facilities you have.You'll need to work out how much milk you are using in the facilities you have. For example, just to fill the diary processing facility to maximum takes over 2900 cow's milk. If you are using milk in other facilities you'll need much more or you will need to decide on how much of what to make. Have a look at your storage and see how much e.g "butter" you have, if you have boat loads of it stop making it for a while and use the milk for making something else.

You can have one dairy shed per farm and collect from each of them. If you have more than one farm, try putting a dairy shed on each of them fill them with cows so you get more milk.

Your tools have to be in storage or on the farm you are trying to use them on. Therefore it is best to keep them all in storage, so you can use them on any of your farms.

If you have the Fishing Tackle Shop, open it and make sure neither baits are checked. If they are checked and you use the load all to fill it, then it will use 15,000 of each bait. That is most likely where your fresh water bait went.

Do you have the Fishing Tackle Shop ? You could have loaded it into there. It takes 15000 of each bait to load it to maximum. If you have facility help and load it two days in a row 30,000 won't go far.

Hi there,

1.Could you try clearing your browser cache, close browser and reload to get rid of any old data that may have caused the problem.

2.Double check all aspects of the time, day month and year are still showing correct on your computer. Any one of those being incorrect can mess with timings on the farms.

If those don't help please provide a link to your farm showing in your post so we can take a look form here. The auto link button at the top is out of order, you will need to link manually.

Are you checking how much you have before clicking on the bonus? If so then after you click to get the bonus you need to refresh your farm after you click on the bonus for the amount to show up.

I am having this same problem today. I am not getting any of my gifts in storage or things that I have I have asked for in posts in storage. Also My sea coasts, lakes and rivers have not reset. Products still in the facilities will not be sold in the market. They are only sold if you have put them in storage.

Check your Item Storage to see if it accidently got in there. Set your filter to "Ponds" and see if it is there.
Post a link here to your farm so a moderator can take a look at your farm and see if they can see it either on your farm or in your data. Your going to have to explain this in more detail. Are you saying when you load Farm Town it takes you to your neighbor's farm instead of yours?
Are you using a shortcut/bookmark in your browser or the Farm Town link on the left side of your Facebook home page?
When you say the stuff doesn't appear are you saying you don't get to work their facilities or are you saying things are missing on the farms?

If you Google Farm Town then there is no telling whose Farm or what you are going to get for that matter. You need to use your link on your Facebook Home page or the link at the top of the forums to get to your own farm.
Maybe the reason you are not getting lemon juice and the other things is because those neighbors are not producing those items at the time. I know I haven't made lemon juice for a while because I have a large supply already.

So you are saying you are not getting any of those products when you go look in your storage? Try clearing your cache to get rid of old data, close your browser and reopen to your farm. This may not recover what you are missing but should hopefully help in the future work.

if there ingredients you requested they will appear in your gift box untill you reach your limit remember that ingredients you send others the percentage that you receive also deducts from your 12 hour limit.

Open your storage and change the filter to All. You will see all the rest of your stuff. The only thing you sold was the Non-ingredients.
