If you have purchased farmcash or coins and it was not credited to your account:

FACEBOOK USERS... Reimbursements are NEVER given through the forum. You will need to contact the Farmtown Support Team and fill out a support ticket. To contact the support staff Click Here (http://apps.facebook.com/farmtown/settings/support/) select the category in the window that opens, choose either 'Billing-Paypal' or 'Billing-Offers', and fill in a support ticket. However, it is solely up to the support staff as to whether or not you will receive a refund and their decisions are final. I still get mine everyday so I guess they are still there. You might want to connect to the forum so someone can check your farm for you.

I accepted to help on a friend's farm to earn free cash. I DID NOT received the CASH for working facilites.:(
Everytime I log on to play it ask me do I want to go help friend to earn cash. So I click and I go back to their farm.
I Cannot help because I already have and now I cannot accept anyone else's request which I thought I had but It always takes me to the same farm I already helped on. AND yes I have shut down everything, waited over 12 hours, and even got them to hire me from their farm. Still hung up on one farm.:mad:

I got an invite from a farm to go help on that farm to earn cash but it is a blank farm and the person has been deleted fron my friends list but everytime I go to my farm it still wants to take me to his and it is blocking me from other request from new farmers...is there a time limit in which this will expire or how do i fix this please...just want to farm and be able to engage with my other farming friends.

The devs get their money from FC to keep the game going (and for free). There are other games that have mostly all cash items. FT is pretty good with coins.

Perhaps one day you can convert coins to FC.

You can gift Farm Cash in amounts of 55, 120, and 250. Those are available through the store in the other section. You cannot gift coins at all.

Anway, I've reached that limit, but halfway through a job. I went to their farm, harvested a few squares and got 1 cash. Then when I restarted farm town I got the "do you want to work in facilities" message for my new neighbour. Went there but didn't get any cash, so my limit was reached.

Hmm, the only way i know to clear that is to complete the job. A member a while back, cleared their caches out and then it disappeared.........3days later.

Hello Ponymanr. Welcome to the forum!

I wish I could answer that question for you but have no ID why facebook does it this way. So sorry.

What I have done in the past, when purchasing fb credits, is I have either bought a credits giftcard or a visa/mastercard gift card. That way I don't need to give anyone my credit card number. That's what I do anyways, I am unsure if that would help you though.

You may want to visit facebook help and share your concerns and feedback with them. Sorry I wasn't more help to you :)

Did you purchase facebook credits? Look in the upper right corner of your facebook page and see if you have credits. If so, then go buy the farm cash with the facebook credits.

If you already bought both, there is a separate place to report that, but I don't remember where. This post will bump up your thread and a mod will be able to tell you:)

I am not a moderator but if as Jenifoofoo says and if it is Facebook credits you purchased then they should show in the upper right corner of your Home page. To purchase the Farm Cash then you need to go to Buy Cash at the top of your Farm. As of July 1st you cannot buy Farm cash directly.

Facebook credits is controlled by Facebook, slashkey has no control over than, i've never purchased credits before, so not sure how to remove CC numbers from accounts. Maybe another of our fine forum members will be able to help there.

From your FB wall,
click on "account"

then on the left side click "payments".

then to the right of "Payment methods" click "manage".

It will ask you for your password before letting you change anything.

If you are buying Farm Cash you should make sure you have enough Facebook credits to buy the amount you are trying to purchase. When you set an amount of FC you want to buy and click on the Buy with Credits the next page will show you in the upper right corner how many credits you have, how many you are using and the $ amount you will be purchasing if you do not have enough.
If you want to remove your credit card from their information then follow Tiger's instructions.

Yes you are right FBC is not 1 for 1. You get 10FBC for 1US$.

$4.99 buys you 49FBC with which you can then buy 25FC
$9.99 buy you 99FBC with which you can then buy 55FC
$19.99 buys you 199FBC with which you can then buy 120FC

and so on.

Got to be a Facebook issue. Slashkey doesn't have anything to do with money transactions directly any more.
It sounds to me that the sale didn't go through for some reason. It could be as simple as a communication failure between the issuing company and facebook or a problem with the account.

Probably was a communication failure. I bank with a small town credit union and have been out trying to use my debit/credit card a few times when the link to the credit union was down. It is not funny when you are sitting in a restaurant trying to pay for a meal and they come tell you the transaction was declined specially when you know you have enough money for 500 meals in the account. Fortunately I have another account with another bank.

You will have to contact Farm Town Support as the moderators in the forum cannot do any replacements or refunds. To contact them scroll all the way to the bottom of your farm screen (not the forums) and look on the bottom left side for Report/Contact this App Click on that, select the middle choice and report it to Support. Any decision by them whether or not to refund/replace it is final and can take up to a couple weeks depending on how many tickets they have to process.

Did you check your FB account and see if you got FB credits for it? If you look in the upper right corner outside of your farm it should list how many credits you have.

Then you will have to go to Facebook support to find out what happened to it. It won't be fast as they will have to research it. If they can't resolve it talk to your cell phone company to find out if it went through and refute it.

The forums are run by the moderators who are not employees of Slashkey and for the most part can answer your questions along with many in here who are experienced. The moderators also act as our go-betweens to Slashkey, like when we had the massive problem Saturday. If they cannot answer your question or cannot fix the problem then you are asked to contact them via a Support email ticket.
In this case Slashkey doesn't have any control over those transactions. That is under the control of Facebook, so contacting Slashkey won't help at all. And by the way they are located in Florida and not California.
As I said you will need to contact Facebook Support to get this resolved.

Added: I did a little research in Facebook Help Center and according to them it could take 3-4 hours before you get what you have ordered...in this case Farm Cash. I don't know how long ago you did this.
Check in your Account Settings, click on Payments on the left side and then click on view for Credits purchase history and see if the transaction went through. If it didn't and it has been several hours then I would call your cell phone company and see if they processed it.

The highest level is 235. If that is where you are then currently there are no more levels. The experience counter is still adding, but the experience bar does not move after you reach the top.

Hello there :)

No, sorry, you only gain cash by going up a level. But when more levels are released your level will 'jump up' depending on the points you have so you will eventually receive the farmcash owing to you.

Farm cash is "awarded" at the rate of $1 per level.

Levels are increased periodically. The next "release" from the developers will include farm #11 and some additional levels - perhaps 25 or more.

Each increased level requires an increase in experience points.

As you continue to work the farms and increase your experience points, you are sort of "banking" your points for future level (and Farm Cash) increases.

Thus when the next release occurs, your total experience points will qualify you for the appropriate new level(s).

Many of the older players have many millions of experience points and thus "max out" at each new release.

I am at level 235 on both sets of farms, but with over 12million points, I could "max out" even if the developers release levels to go from level 235 to level 500 - 600.

so....

keep working at your own comfortable pace
keep accumulating points for future use
when "bored" think about re-designing a farm or two....

Not true. As new levels are added, you will continue to receive 1 FC for each level that your points earn for you. So if you are on level 235 and the introduction of new levels puts you at level 240, for example, you will automatically get 5 FC.

For the Earn offers now you do not earn Farm Cash, but instead you earn Facebook Credits. Check your Facebook Account Settings then go to Payments and see if you have 220 Facebook credits.

Getting very frustrated!

What happens sometimes is that the person that asked you to work, actually has nothing available. If there is nothing to harvest on that farm, you will not be able to go to it. The same with the facilities. I always made sure before I sent out the requests that there were at least flowers to harvest, and some facility work. The invitation seems to 'keep' also, so it will try the invite again. When you do finally get to the farm to work, you will harvest something first. Go Home then, and click play again to reload. If there is facility work, then that invitation will follow. I know this thru trial and error/experience.

Hope that helps to answer your question! There HAS to be work available for the invite to work !

1. What level do you have to be to send out challenges?

2. If you earn 30 fc sending OUT challenges can you earn any more from RECEIVING challenges?

3. When you send out a request and a farmer accepts the challenge do you have to have harvestable crops and workable facilities on your default farm or can they find them on any farm and have it work? Same thing for facilities?

4. What things can they harvest? Crops, trees, flowers, chopping, fishing?

5. I couldn't find anything in the Game Guide that talks specifically about how all this works with the Challenge. Is there somewhere else that has all the info in one place?

For some reason not everyone has that Earn Cash tab. And actually none of us can earn Farm Cash from free offers as of July 1st. What we earn is Facebook credits and then use those to buy Farm Cash. Even though you don't have the tab you can get to the Earn Credits through Facebook by going to Account Settings in Facebook, click on payments on the left side then Buy More on the line with Credits Balance.

You will have to contact Farm Town Support as nothing can be done through the forums to help with this. To contact them scroll to the bottom of your Farm page, look on the left side for Report/Contact this App and click on that link. Then click on the middle item to report to Farm Town.
It can take them a while to get to you depending on how many tickets they have to process.

If it's a specific FC item that they want ( tool, decor, facility etc) and you have enough FC to cover it, you can send them that item.

I've been a FT player a long time but just used the "Invite" function to get FC for up to 26 players for working farms. I got a response from someone and there wasn't any work for me at the time, so I went back, found one farm to harvest but I keep getting pop-ups every time I go to my own farm asking if I want to go work on that other farm. There isn't work and the popups are annoying. Any way to stop it, as this farmer doesn't have any facilities yet and not much in the way of crops or trees?

I had over 1 billion, 985 million coins and went to sell things out of my storage to get over 2 billion coins. When I sold them I have only 1 billion, 235million+. What happened to my coins I had and the ones i should have gotten? Very disappointing to work so hard for something and it be taken away from you

If you are referring to the experience bar not moving it won't because you are at the current top level. Watch you numeric total above that and you will see you are getting those experience points as they add up.

I got an invite from a farm to go help on that farm to earn cash but it is a blank farm and the person has been deleted fron my friends list but everytime I go to my farm it still wants to take me to his and it is blocking me from other request from new farmers...is there a time limit in which this will expire or how do i fix this please...just want to farm and be able to engage with my other farming friends.

The challenge to earn FC requires you to harvest and work a facility. If your friend doesnt have a facility then that's where the problem is as you can't finish the challenge. How long has this been going on? Other members with the same problem have had it disappear after 3days. We cant remove it for you from the forum, if 3 days has already passed, i would try contacting FT support, see if they can help.

Sorry, not sure why your earlier post was missed but here's what i know about them...

Q. What level do you have to be to send out challenges? What level to receive challenges?
A. As far as i know, there is no level requirement for the earn cash challenge, you just need to wait for the offer to appear at the top of your game screen and have friends that meet the criteria to send it to. The offer appears at random.

A. 30FC is the limit for earning this way, you can send them out but you wont earn any more FC from them.

A. It's always easier to have both jobs available on the same farm for when they arrive. If the farm selector (diamonds top left of game screen) is showing multiple farms, they should be able to go to another of your farms to work if needs be. I havent tried this out myself, so can't be 100% sure.

A. They can harvest crops trees or flowers and they dont have to harvest everything.

A. No sorry there is nothing in the GG about the FC challenge, just the info you see when you click to send the requests out and any info that may have been posted by another member in the forum in various threads.

Have you changed the facebook credits into Farm Cash? If not you will need to do that.

Last time i looked, 99 credits will buy you 55FC. Click on the "Buy Cash" tab at the top of your game screen and select the amount of FC you want, then follow the instructions.

How did you spend $39.99? Did you use the Buy Cash up top of your farm or did you go through Facebook directly to buy the credits? How many credits do you have?
Actually the amount is less because it only is 399 credits for 250 Farm Cash. That amount of credits is worth $39.90.

That means you have 3 short of what you need. If you look in the upper right corner it will tell you the price for the 250 FC, how many credits you have, how many you need to purchase with the cash amount you will be charged.

Price:399 Credits ($39.90 USD)
You have:57 Credits ($5.70 USD)
You need:342 Credits ($34.20 USD) \

In my case I have 57 credits so I would need to purchase 342 credits for $34.20.
FB credits and Farm Cash are not a 1 to 1 exchange. Each FB credits is valued at roughly $0.10. Thus with no FB credits available it would cost you $39.90 to get 250 FC.

If you have the credits then you need to go to the Buy Cash tab at the top of your farm, select the amount of Farm Cash you want that your credits will purchase. If you look at the dollar amounts for the costs and drop the last digit then that will tell you how many credits to purchase that amount of Farm Cash. For example to buy 55 FC it is $19.99, so dropping the last digit means that it will cost you 199 Facebook credits to buy that 55 FC.

I believe you are mis-reading that. It says "Change your neighbors" which is why it is taking you to the Neighbor page.

To do the FC Challenge, when it appears at the top of your game screen ( blue bar), you need to you click on the actual invite where it says "Click Here". When you do, it then takes you to a list of your friends to send the invite to.
The challenge is aimed at your friends that do not play FT or have stopped playing for some time. If they accept the invite, they will need to be able to harvest something on your farm ( crop, flower, tree) and also be able to work a facility. So make sure you have something ready for them to do, or neither of you will be able to earn the FC.

This cannot be fixed through the forums as the moderators cannot do any refunds or replacements. First thing you should try is to clear your cache and macromedia files. Instructions for this are in the following link:

If that doesn't get them back then you will need to contact Farm Town Support. To do this scroll to the bottom of your farm page at the very bottom on the left side and click on Report/Contact this App select the middle option and fill out the report.

Hello,

All you do to convert the facebook credits into farm cash is click on the "Buy Cash" tab at the top of your game screen. You should be able to get up to 55FC for those credits. So choose the option you want, check the box marked "I agree to the Terms and service" and then click on the "Pay with Credits" button and follow the instructions.

where did you buy the credits? I went to the regular facebook area to get the credits. Then I went to farmtown and bought the farm cash with the credits. Pain in the rear and ft looses money on it. Wish they would do what some games do and have a site of their own to buy the cash from with real money

Sorry, but I am unable to help you further from here. Beside the 'pay with credits' box after you click the 'Buy Cash' tab there is an email address so that you can make a billing enquiry or click the 'Report/Contact this App' found at the very bottom of the page underneath your farm.

As you have already tried clearing caches, the next step is to contact FT support, see if they can help. To contact the support staff scroll down past the bottom of your game screen and the Friends Activity panel. Below that on the left hand side, click on 'Report/Contact This Application', and then fill out a support ticket. However, it is solely up to the support staff as to whether or not you will receive a refund and their decisions are final. IF it is agreed upon that you will be reimbursed, be patient, it may take time for them to get back to you.

ok it seems when I bought the farmcash, facebook didn't complete the processing payment part. How do I know because I went back to buy me some more farmcash using DaoPay and now it is stuck on the "Processing Payment"
Now I have 2 problems

I know the developers of Farm Town are not responsible for this, but I think it's just terrible that facebook makes you buy facebook credits and then you have to buy farm town cash using those facebook credits. I haven't bought any farm cash in months now since this went into effect. I used to buy farm cash once a month using pay pal. Pay pal is fast, easy and very secure, in my opinion. There's NO WAY I would ever give facebook my credit card info to buy anything. It is not secure, once again in my opinion.

It sucks too because I would like to buy some of the newer cash facilities but I'm not able to buy them anymore using the method facebook wants us to use now.

I am finding however that it's not that bad really. There really are enough COIN facilities and other items to buy using coins that are very productive and yield the same results as if I had a CASH facility.

So thank you facebook for saving me money. LOL

There is a contact for Facebook or actually Trialpay who handles these transactions. Go to Account settings/Payments and under either buy more or payment options there is a small print link to contact them.

Then today I bought 20 white rabbits and it took 3,000 out for each one and said I was getting 33 exp. points, but my exp. points did not get posted either. What is going on?????? This is the only post i can see from you requesting help with missing coins. When did this happen? Did you try clearing caches, close browser and then reload FT to see if either the products returned or the coins were updated?

If you have already tried that, the way to contact FT support is.......
Scroll down past the bottom of your game screen and the Friends Activity panel on the left hand side, click on 'Report/Contact This Application', click on "Contact Farm Town" and then fill out a support ticket. However, it is solely up to the support staff as to whether or not you will receive a refund and their decisions are final. IF it is agreed upon that you will be reimbursed, be patient, it may take time for them to get back to you.

The challenge aimed at friends that do not play FT. Do the friends you are trying to invite, meet that requirement, if not the game will not suggest them. If they are new friends, you may have to wait a while for the new information to catch up.

The whole process changed on the 1st of July. Facebook mandated that all games have to use Facebook credits to get in-game cash (Farm Cash). When this changed then Facebook took over how we purchase and they control now what they accept from Paypal. I have seen a couple people post in here about having cash in their Paypal accounts and Facebook or rather TrialPay (the company that handles transactions for them) wanting a credit card backing up the cash. This is something you would need to take up with Facebook since they control all this now.

Check your Facebook Account to see how many FB credits you have. To get to it go to Account Settings and select Payments in left column. That should tell you how many FB credits you have.
As of July 1st Facebook mandated that all games use Facebook credits for purchases of in game currency. So first you have to get FB credits then purchase Farm Cash (FC) with those. To get the FB credits into FC you need to go to the Buy Cash tab at the top of your farm. The amounts listed are in dollars and cents for example 250 FC costs $39.99. If you look at this and drop the last digit then now 250 FC costs 399 FB credits. Make sure you know how many FB credits you have before you choose how much you want.

Some time ago Facebook mandated that Facebook credits will be the only way to purchase Farm Cash.

Now that you have your FB credits you can buy Farmcash. All you do is...

click on the Buy Cash Tab at the top of your game screen.


Select the amount of Farm Cash you want to buy.


click the "I agree to the Terms of Service" button box.


then click the "Pay with Credits" button.

Have emptied cache and macromediea have run my cleaner and I have now rebooted twice and still no credits on my farm town account. Have sent an email regarding this. So dissappointed that I cannot load my farms with new buildings. Never had problems before with the old way.

Facebook credits are not directly used in the game. You have to "convert" the Facebook credits to Farm Cash. To do this you go to the Buy Cash at the top of youre Farm. Select how much Farm Cash you want, check the agreemnet box and click "Pay with Credits" button. Look in the upper right corner to make sure you haven't gone over the number of credits you purchase.
To figure out how many credits you need for each quantity of Farm Cash drop the last digit of the dollar amount. For example 250 FC = 399 FBC and 55 FC = 99 FBC.

You have to go to the Buy Cash tab at the top of your farm to convert those Facebook credits to Farm Cash. 199 Facebook credits will buy you 120 Farm Cash and leave you 17 credits left for another purchase in the future.

You are mixing terminalogy. Farm Town uses Farm Cash that is what you see in the upper left corner of your farm with the $ sign in front of it. Facebook has a "currency" called credits.
So to buy Farm Cash you had to convert British pounds to Facebook Credits which were then converted to Farm Town Cash. In other words a double conversion.
Since you you had to get 105 Facebook credits for 6.26 pounds and the 55 Farm Cash was only 99 Facebook credits then you should have 6 Facebook credits left over toward your next purchase in the future. You can check on this by going to your Facebook Account Settings and click on Payments in the left column. The top item should show that you have 6 credits.

That is too few to get 55 Farm Cash which takes 99 to buy but you can get 25 FC with 49 which will leave you with 35 credits left. Before you can buy more FC beyond that you will need to add more credits.

The way to convert those 'credits' which are Facebook credits is to go to the Buy Cash tab at the top of your farm. 399 credits will get you 250 Farm Cash so select 250 Farm Cash, check the Agreement for Terms of Service and click the Pay with credits button. This takes opens a pop-up window and check that is is showing you the right amount of Farm Cash with the right amount of credits listed in the upper right corner. Click on Buy Then on Okay on the next page. It will take you back to your farm and show you have just bought 250 Farm Cash.

Not sure why you are sending an email to your self as this appears to be. The surveys you have taken are for Facebook credits and not for Farm Cash which you cannot do anymore since July 1 when Facebook took that over.
Look at your Account Settings on Facebook, click on Payments in left column and look for Credits balance. Have the credits you refer to posted there? If not then you need to contact Facebook about it. If they are there then if you have enough you will need to convert them to Farm Cash (not a 1 for 1 conversion) by going to the Buy Cash tab on top of your farm.

If you check closely it is not Farm Cash you earn for those but is Facebook credits. Check Facebook Account Settings and click on Payments in left column of that page. Top item is Credits Balance. They should be listed there.

The same thing was happening to me yesterday have not check today it should straigthen its self out any way i sure hope so

I'm having problems adding neighbours. After I click the link to add neighbours the page partially loads but then fades out, and when I refresh, the request hasn't worked. I've exited out of Farm Town and gone back in, and it's still happening. I haven't reached the limit of the number of neighbours I can add.

Did you buy through the Buy Cash at the top of your Farm or through Facebook. Check your Facebook Account Settings and go to Payments on left side of that page. Look at Credits Balance and see if it says you have credits.

If you did this after July 1 and it was through Trialpay then it was for Facebook credits and not for Farm Cash. The Farm Cash offers were through Super Rewards and were ended on July 1st.
If TrialPay has credited you then you should have 950 Facebook credits. If you go to Account Settings on Facebook then click on payments in left column then look at the top line for Credits balance it will tell you how many credits you have. If it does not say 950 then you need to contact Facebook Credits Support.
To get to their support on the same page at the bottom of that section it says "Learn more about Facebook credits." Click on that and it will tell you more about it and has a link to Facebook Credits Support Center.
Once you have gotten your 950 credits then you can buy Farm Cash with that by going to the Buy Cash tab at the top of your farm to convert your credits to Farm Cash.
Farm Town has nothing to do with this so contacting them won't help.

I don't think Support is a 24/7 operation. So this being a weekend then at the earliest you will most likely get a response would be Monday morning. Depending on how many email tickets they have it can take up to a couple weeks before they respond.
Have you tried clearing your cache and macromedia files then restarting your browser and farm. Instruction are in the following link:

If the coin counter is displaying 1,219,010,6 then you actually have over 1 billion coins. Due to the amount of space available there the coin tally isn't able to correctly display amount when you reach 1 billion, so all that happens is the last 2 digits do not display.

Only suggestion I can think of is to keep trying. It could be that they cannot reach her bank or credit card company. If she continues to not be able to process it, then she may need to contact Facebook Credits Support Center as they are the ones who handle that now.

When you clicked on the $50.00 purchase what you got was an additional 10% over what you would normally get, but this is Facebook credits and not Farm Cash. With that 550 FB credit you purchased 250 FC for 399 FB credits and 151 FB credits left for later purchases. If you will check in youur Facebook Account Settings/ Payments you will see you have a Credit Balance of 151. So you were not cheated. For your next purchase you will not have to spend as much real cash because you already have some FB credits.
Facebook credits are not a 1 for 1 exchange with Farm Cash. You will find that Facebook credits are worth roughly $0.10. If you look at it that way then buy purchasing $50 worth and getting 10% more you actually got $55 worth. So with 250 Farm cash costing $39.99 (actually it is rounded down to $39.90) then at $0.10 per FB credit it costs only 399 FB credits for that.

Was anyone still working on your farm when you left? Plowing for instance? That would account for the coins tally being different. Or, if you left the farm before the counter had finished deducting coins for planting etc. If it's not either of those, read the 1st post on page 1 of the following link. That will tell you what to do next, and is where i will move theses posts to shortly. Post a reply in that thread, if you need further help.

Did you select which amount you wanted of Farm Cash on the first page. The default is 55, so if you didn't change that then that is what you got evne though you selected 200 FB credits on the next page.
You should have more credits available if you check your Facebook Account Settings/Payments your Credit Balance should show you have 101 credits left.
If this is right then go back to the Buy Cash and select the amount 55 Farm Cash again, click on the Pay with credits, then click on Buy on the next page to get it. That will give you a total of 110 Farm Cash for your 200 FB credits.
Next time you need to make sure and check exactly how much Farm Cash you want on the first page, then don't change the amount on the next page and just click on Buy. That will get you just exactly the number of credits you need to buy the amount of Farm Cash you want with no extras.

You would have to contact Farm Town support about this as nothing can be done for refunds or replacements through the forums.
To contact them go to your Farm page and scrool all the way to the bottom of the page. Look on the bottom left for Report/Contact This App and click on that. Choose the middle option in the pop up and fill out the form that comes up.
I would suggest you include your friend's ID in the form too when you fill it out so they know where those tools are.

You have to report this to Farm Town Support as no refunds or replacements can be done through the forums. To report this go to your farm page, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and look for Report/Contact this App on the left side. Thanks, I wasn't aware that the left overs could be turned in for farm cash. I thought you had to have a larger amount of face book credits. Having 3 useless bits left over is better then having over 100 especially when I never know when I will have another $50 to blow on this game.

Your welcome. And the leftovers are not useless as they will stay on your account. So next time when you buy they will be there to use and might be just what you need to get a bit more FC. I like buying credits in $50 increments to get the extra and boost my FC buying.

I was going to check your farms to see if I could see it but your links are incorrect. The ID number in them is too short. It should show a number about 15 numbers long and yours is only 4.
I don't believe Support or any part of Slashkey normally work on the weekend nor is it a 24 hour operation. It can take up to a couple weeks to get a response from Support depending on how many other tickets they have.

Hi there. Your links work except the last one. The forum automatically shortens links, that's why only 4 of the digits show.
