This month's theme is "Halloween", so post here your fabulous farms and get the chance to win some Farm Cash!!

We are looking for designs that scream Halloween! You may want to show us the best use of the halloween decorations or you may want to design a scene from a halloween film or show us what your street does on halloween or what you do at your own homes. Show us spooky, scary, haunted attractions, pranks, trick or treating, carved pumpkins or anything else you can think of related to Halloween. The choice is yours and have a great time doing it. We are looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Halloween must be the main focus of your design and not just a small portion of your farm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: only for this month we are allowing wasted crops.

Prizes are as follows, divided into 2 Categories:

NOVICE

3rd Prize - 50 Farm Cash

The competition will begin on Saturday, October 8th at midnight, and will close on Monday, October 31st at midnight. The winners will be announced a few days later after the closing, depending on how many entries there are, as every entry has to be checked.

Contest Guidelines:


We are looking for a whole decorated Halloween farm, please dont decorate only a part of your farm.
You can use any items from the Store, Gifts or your Storage.
You can choose between a "picture farm" or a traditional design.
Only for this month competition, we are allowing wasted crops. Just to clarify, if your farm photo is showing up wasted crops, they have to be present as wasted on your farm when the judges visit your farm. If crops are showing up as Ready to harvest, then they have to be present in the same way or "growing" when the judges visit your farm. This also applies to trees and flowers.


Contest Rules:


You have to be a member of the Forum.
Your farm can be any size.
Your entry needs to be a picture of your farm. Do not post a picture on behalf of someone else.
One farm entry per contestant. Do not start another forum account to enter another farm.
Be sure you are entering the correct farm and picture for your entry as you may not change your mind once entered. You cant add/delete any items on your farms once you posted your photo into the contest. NOTICE: If new items are released AFTER you have entered you are not allowed to make additions to your entry, so please be sure you are done.
Your farm photo must be an exact replica of your farm. Do not hide ANYTHING to take your photo.
You cant redecorate the farm you have entered into the contest until the winners have been announced.
You have to provide the following information: A photo of the farm that you wish to enter. The link to your farm. The name that you have given that farm and the farm number

If you choose the wrong size, then we will delete your post and will send you a private message asking you to take a new photo using the right size. NOTICE: Your farm photo MUST be set to Public and remain that way till the winners are announced or we will not be able to help you if your entry needs fixing. To set the photo to Public, please open your Farm town album, and click in your photo. You will see the photo and on the right you will see your name and the date, besides the date you can see who are able to see that photo. Click there and set it to Public.
ALSO, remember to remove the check mark if you have set that farm as PRIVATE, so we can visit it.

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble something's brewin in the air. Proceed with caution if you dare. Ghosts and bodies strewn about. Be careful how you choose your route. The hotel butler has goodies to draw you near. Beware it's a trap to get you to the Witches Lair. They will welcome you with open arms only to do you bodily harm. The witches gnome will take you on a guided tour of the graveyard, the swamp, and so much more. Whatever you do don't go through that door or you will end up in the witches brew. Then they will throw your bones to the gators. Your meat will go into the witches brew with taters. You might rethink this trick or treat venu or you could end up as the next special on the hotel menu. Happy Halloween!

Ghost chose this couples farm to host their wedding. Preparations are being readied for Oct. 31st. for a full banquet and llama stew. They probably chose this couple because he is a single farmer and always too busy with his girlfriend to notice anything going on. A week later the ghost put a hex on the farm and all the crops died. The pigs all but 1 disappeared. This week, I do believe this couple out planting flowers they never water have done a few things on their own. They hung their farmtown neighbors who didn't send gifts. The next day the buzzards dressed in full bat costume picked their bones dry. The farm workers heard the spirits talking about needing a cemetary so they dressed as cows and I now fear for that couples life. I have a feeling they are going to be hung also as the spirits are now talking about taking over their farm and use it for weddings and parties. I do believe on Oct. 31st, there will be a couple of zombies wondering forever on how this came about and what happened to them. Love is blind.
