Not sure if anyone has answered your question, so I decided to answer you here. Once you go to the facility and send your wheat to be turned into flour, you must then click on the "What's Cooking" tab next to the products tab. In there, you will find the finished products. You then hit store to move them into your storage and it tells you how much longer until they are all done, how many are left, etc.
