How do you get someone to look into a problem that has been going on for me since June - not able to work others facilities- written five emails(no response) and now I can not even see my neighbors facilities - I play this game fairly, purchase with cash your new facilities and now I see no posts from neighbors...something has to be causing this...PLEASE FIX IT....thank you
