Hi Archer, I'm just another Farm town addict.
I'm just curious as to how you are trying to do facility work on other farmers farms. If you go directly to say a neighbors farm and click on a facility and it shows there are pending items available...You won't be able to work that facility. In order to work at anyone's facility, you must go there by way of the hire request that was sent out by that farmer. ( It should show up on your news feed or yours friends that sent it out ) It will say.. " I would like to hire you to work at my facilty", down below that,it will say..." click here to work ". You click on that and you are automatically taken to this farmer farm and you will be where that facility is located. Then you wait a few seconds and the farmer's automatic window pops up asking you if you want to work in the facility.
Just thought maybe you saw facilities on people's farms and click on them to try and work there. But it doesn't work that way. Hope this has been of some help.
