I sent a gift and the friend didn't receive it. I paid FT cash to send an olive oil factory to her. FT subtracted my cash but she didn't receive it. She tells me she never gets any gifts that I send her. Other friends get my gifts. How can this be resolved?

I have said this problem before. Piggybacking in market to jobs. They are not ghosts, they are real and peeing me off big time. You should come see exactly what happens when I go to market they all line up close to me. I tell you it's doing me in. This game was helping my depression before this happened. HELP!!!

I'm in a bit of a pickle!!! Can you change an upgrade that accidentally happened on my farm. My 4 year old son upgraded my 4th farm, in the few minutes I was away from the computer. I don't want to upgrade my 4th farm. Could you please down grade my 4th farm, also is a refund possible? I don't have many coins left as a result of the upgrade.
