so its been a year since we have had any new crops are we ever going to get any new ones o rare we stuck on new ones

If you have a suggestion for specific new crops and uses for them please post it in the Suggestions section where we organize those by subject for the developers to see. You can not start a new thread in that section but you can reply to one that fits your suggestion.

I see these filters in the items section, but I don't know how to store them in those sections. Have these instructions been posted somewhere?

You store them the same way you always have. The filters are only for sorting them when you want to look at a specific type. You do not have to pick a section to store them in.
