Tree shaker & flower harvester not available when hired

Hiring for harvesting trees no longer WORKS in Multiple Hire. We have to hire for just harvesting trees as if the multiple hire does not exist! Is this supposed to be an improvement? What happened to the upgrade to hiring where the trees and crops were separate from one another?

Okies. You posted your response that they know at the same time I registered the complaint!

No tools for Flower Harvesting, Tree Shaking when hired
 
I see no tools for Flower Harvesting, Tree Shaking when hired. Cannot work on others farms with the tools.

it does not work for the multiple hire, but it does work if you hire someone just for shake or flowers....

I planted echinacea on two farms that are fertilized, but when I hover over the fields it does not show that the crops are fertilized. (Follow-up: after I reloaded the game they did show as fertilized.)
