One of two recent intermittent problems is the farm selector which expands to select the next farm to work does not always shrink back as it always did previously so it blocks a big part of the screen now. Not always but too often.

We are aware of this, it mostly happens if your cursor hovers the grid by mistake, just refresh the farm and it will be ok.

I am sorry, but there is no picture attached to your post here, so we do not know what your problem is.

Farm Stats
 

When I click on the "Show Farm Stats", and then select "All farms", the results are not showing the items on the correct farms. For example, as of this moment, the crop Black Pepper" shows as being ready on Farm 11, but it's really ready on Farm 29.
Hope someone can address this soon.

I moved your post to the thread about Display issues.

I visited your farms and black pepper is on your farm 29 but it is not ready to harvest, it shows 1 day to be ready.

Please run memcache, link below. A new window will open with a short list of unsettings. Close that window and your farm in all tabs you have it open. Then reopen your farm and check Show Farm Stats again.
Black pepper shoud show as being growing on your farm 29.

If the problem continues, then report it to Support. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.

I was wondering when the animated decorations were going to reanimate. Just curious. If you can't do that, maybe you should relabel them. Just a thought

As far as we know those are still going to be animated at some point, unfortunately other things have had to take priority at this time.
