If you wouldn't mind, could you also post your problem with gifting using FF in the following thread as well please. It just helps to keep all the related info together. If you could supply the following information that would be great......

which browser and version you are using (IE9, Chrome Firefox 3.6.23 etc)
what OS (windows7, XP, Vista etc)
at what point does the gift/exchange stop working for you? e.g exchange doesn't work, the gift page appears, but clicking on a target gift does nothing.

thanks so much for the update,but its driving me nuts about the amount of products in the facility menu showing up one day,and not showing up the next.its so darn handy to know what you need to make and what you have enough of.its working now,i sure hope it continues to work.i use google chrome btw.it works so well with this game.looking forward to the next update.keep up the good work...how about some themes? old west and such.(talking about the mouseover tool here in the facilities)

ebony trees missing

all my ebony trees on my farm 10 today are missing..if I hide them u can c the red squares but if I unhide I can't see them.....I use firefox latest edition with Mac Lion......Thank u MJ Randall

Suggested improvement to gift sending process

Thanks so much to Raul and the team for fixing this, however I have one suggestion I would like the devs to consider please :

As a regular user of friend lists to send gifts - there used to be a "select all" button on the old gift sender when I sent to lists of people. Is there any chance of one being added as I still have to select people individually once I have opened my list.

Any word on when the Fish belts will become operative? I'm really looking forward to being able to get some extra crab from bonuses.

It takes me to a blank farm the id number must be incorrect
