I have all the facility manager tools and it shows that they facilities are loaded. However, if you click on any facility, it appears empty. I have two trains, so I seem to be able to work others' facilities but if you have to just click on them, because of no trains, they all show as empty. Are we losing ingredients?

Hello, is this the right place to report that farmers without any trains cann't work their neighbours' facilities? Farmers with trains can work them.

Although it shows nothing there and it is greyed out you can work the facility by clicking the X to close it you get your xp and it goes to the next one.

Everything is blank when going into a facility "whats pending" and unable to post facilities to to worked.

I loaded all my facilities with the manager and they show filled up but when going into an individual facility it shows items can be loaded but showing as full in the facility manager

Hope this gets fixed soon

All of the products in all my facilities are completely empty as of last night. If I attempt to stock them , i.e. make bread or cheese, they remain empty. I cannot produce anything and lost everything. Is there a glitch somewhere? I would appreciate any input/advice.Thank you

I found the issue with facilities and clients. It will let you fill them individually but as soon as you close the facility and open it again to check there is nothing there.
The facility manager and Quests aren't affected

I can't work any of my facilities on all my farms!

Use the facility manager to fill them. Make sure you have the facility filter set to all farms, all facilities and facilities and services ticked

Oil Pump Problem?
 

I typical load up my oil pumps once a week. I have 20 farms and each has a pump. Today when I went to store the fuel and load more, there was none in production. I thought ok, maybe I missed that one, no, all 20 were like that. Has there been a problem with the oil pumps? after a week they should have 224 or so ready to store. Any ideas?
