You can put existing animals in them, but you do need to remove them from the regular shed and then store that shed, place the super shed and load those animals from te farm into the new building.

For the super shed you will need to go to the farm with that on it, then you can either harvest from the building or from the facility manager. This is a known glitch and they are working on a fix.

You still can use all of the harvesting, plowing and seeding tools separately. They were not replaced completely.
