Love the 4th farm but still trying to get my lost neighbors back because without them I can't update third farm...any help coming on this I have followed all past suggestions with no results

how about fixing the problem of neighbors disssappearing? I should have 27 close to the upgrades for land on the third farm I paid real cash for. But the neighbors I lost in the flub up can not be...
