missing crops, tree fruit, logs, flowers, fish & ingredients from facilities

Last night when i quit working i had at least 150,000 of every crop & lots of tree fruit, logs, flowers, fish & ing. From facilities. When i opened it up today it is all gone. This is the second time...

i tried doing what you suggested but there was no change. The facilities are still there just the animals are gone. I have alst lost all of my flour mills.

I just checked my facility manager & a lot of my animals are missing.
chicken coop on 9
dairy sheds on 9, 10 & 11
rabbit hutches on 9, 10, 11 & 12
stables on 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14...
