I reset memcache and reloaded and it remained, so...

I reset memcache and reloaded and it remained, so I hit the arrow button to reset it up and I hit use 2 neighborhood slots and it came back, like before. We'll see how long it lasts.

My neighbor bar is not displaying the tools like I had set. I took off two of the neighbor spots and now it is showing neighbors. I reset it up, then it happened again. What's going on?
