Could someone point me to the correct method to use when you hire someone else to harvest and plow on your farm? I ask this as it not clear when you should send the request to plow, and if a refresh and/or save is needed.
Last night the person finished harvesting and said she was ready to plow. I send the invite and the screen refrested and half the crops were back and she was gone. I want to do right by the people I hire but it's not clear to me how I should transition from harvesting to plowing. Thanks. Jim
