the new way is not convenient at all!!! i would rather lose some xp points or coins than to take forever harvesting or plowing a field. if multiple workers on a single farm were the issue then you should have limited the # of people a person can hire to 2 at a time. Its a shame because i really liked this game and i think he changes that were made are only going to hurt the amount of people that play. Im really disappointed
