When you hire to plow you will NOT see your fields being plowed at all. You will be making xps and so is the plower. You do NOT need to REHIRE since its not showing it being plowed. Advantages are fine as long as they are yours. But let someone else have an advantage, and it's "horrible". Did you ever plow your layered crops more than once to get extra points? Hire your friends to do so? This is no different, other than, the advantage is out of your control. Except it really isn't. You can delete the square and their plowing time is over. Unless you're saving it for one of your friends to come over and plow to their heart's content.
