As I said, whenever a batch is completed you'll be able to put another one through, but you don't have to wait for the whole 15 days worth to be completed before doing any more. You do not have to clear out the completed product to start more.

(eg the limit on cheese is 540 units or 90 batches. As soon as one of those batches is finished you could start another one.)
