i have the samed problem. And ones who work for me they harvvest but never plow.. I am assuming because their avatar is still working or they don't know how to get the plow tool

am looking forward to hire 1 person to do all farms and everything on farm. I have neighbors who do all mine but i have to stick around to rhire them for other farms.
