I agree. When I saw the one-click "Refer Clients" button in the service facilities on the previous update, I thought we could really use this in the regular facilities. And sure enough, here it is!
In my opinion, it is the single most significant update to the game (only because I was falling asleep while click-click-click-click working my neighbors' facilities).
