I read it to mean that it applies to all mentioned facilities at one time. It doesn't.

The bottling machine works the same as the ordering station does for the semi .. meaning that instead of clicking the +30 button a million times to start production of a item in the mentioned facilities .. you now only have to click the "all" button once to start production of that item.
