What I think would be nice is a little indicator telling you what farm your worker is on. Ever hired someone for all fields and then have to go to all farms looking for them or to see if they are actually even still on your farm and you will like as your are moving from farm to farm so are they. I chased one around this morning seemed like forever before I finally got up with her. I would settle for just a little dot on the farm indicator or maybe even one for each worker. For some people that that would be a lot of dots...
I usually only hire one for the whole job unless I get someone that don't like to fish or chop then I have to hire multiple people. Some market workers are really picky about what kind of work they will do.
