Since the last update, I can't send gifts properly as the 3 columns of names instantly turn to one column with some neighbours left off altogether. WF3 ..really need help 4+ years and multi dollars spent is to much to give up.

Apparently the change to the single column is something Facebook has done. I just got it tonight too. If you are missing some of your neighbors from the list supplied by Facebook I would suggest you create a list in Facebook of your neighbors. That is what I use and even though it is a single column list at least all of them are listed there. With your own generated list you would be able to just go down the list clicking on all of them.
Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be anything that can be done about it.
