It was an absolute blast teaching a newbie that they could use my tools. It was exciting for both of us. In one swift move you turned the whole market around. I already see people seeking out low level players to help them out and I already see a decrease in the lengthy names advertising the size of their tools ( lol :P )

Now more than ever, it would be a great idea to somehow differentiate the avatars to show beginners from old timers. I would hire newbies every chance I got now. But it's still to complicated to ask and search. Color coding would be perfect.

I would also like a check box allowing the hired farmer the ability to use or not use my fuel. That's the only problem I see with newbies using our big tools. Fuel shortage. I have 45 million gallons. By the time I walk through that, I'll have enough for another 45 million more. I have NO problem sharing.
