The first person to answer you is right. A few months back, I researched the Announcements in the Forum. For the last couple of years (I didn't go back further), we got new levels every 3 months. That will put new levels coming out Christmas week, if it doesn't change. For a while, we got new farms at the same time, but that has changed. We don't get them that often, anymore, but that is all right. We don't need 100 farms! That would be unmanageable. Happy Farming!
