Just remember Murphy's law as it applies to Farm Town. As soon a you lose the patience with which you are waiting for a facility and spend what farm cash you have on larger harvesting tools or combines the FC facility will unlock. And you will have 3 farm cash left and be 1 quest shy of enough to earn more than just 1 buck each when it is time to redeem both types! (Says to self "don't buy the humongous plow, don't buy the humongous plow, don't buy the humongous plow!")
