As stated in the ships instruction your bounty will be based on the same products carried by the trains and since trains don't carry Chromite or Graphite, you won't be getting any unless later down the line they add it. I wish they would add it to trains and ships because I am very short of both. You should get Crude oil and Zinc tho because they are part of the existing supplies that come in certain train cars.
