no gift box

Good morning, developers. Thank you for all your work!
I am not able to access my gift box, nor can I accept any further gifts because I get an error that my "gift box is full." I cannot find a gift box icon anywhere in the game.
I am using Chrome. I ran the WebGL test and it is working.
