Hi Trekkie,
If you are still talking about on your Ipad, the developers have not done any thing for those yet.
If you are talking about from a computer please follow the instructions in the following announcement:

First, check all items for FIRST LOAD OF FARM TOWN. Once you are done with those, then close and restart your broswer and try to load the game again.
If after doing the previous items, your game still doesnt load, then continue with the 3 steps listed under PERSISTENT LOADING ISSUES.
When you get the info for those 3 steps, then go back to this thread and post the results. Thank you
