What have you already tried to resolve this yourself? If you have not already done the following please do so:
Clear your FT memcache. To do that
Click Here. A window will open with a list of "unsetting", that is the memcache being cleared. Close that window and FT if you have it open in another window then load the game.
For all Facilities on all farms to show up in the Facility Manager please open your Facility Manager, click on the funnel top right and make sure that it's set like this, then click the green check mark to save any changes.[indent]
If you still can't see the facilities you want when it's set like that, please let us know which facilities you are not able to see in there on which farms.
I am not sure by what you mean about not seeing the facilities in the Quest Manager. Which type of Quests are you having problems with?
The last step facility is always greyed out until you have completed all the previous steps, so you should be able to see the facility greyed out if you haven't done them all yet.
Facilities for the steps prior to the last step which have not been completed yet won't show up until you have completed the previous steps required. For example in a regular Quest if a quest requires sugar and sugarcane, you won't see the facility on the step for the sugar until you have harvested enough sugarcane to complete that step.
