I spent God only knows how much on my farmtown game. I had played a long time. Although my old facebook account is gone I had at least created a back up because I saw this happening to so many people. My farm that I paid for is still there. I was able to plant and work it tonight through the account that I have now.
Just wondering what can be done because it taught me a very expensive lesson to never buy anything that someone can push a button and you lose it all. Unfortunately as much as I loved this game I won't do that again because who knows the next time I might open my mouth and they do that again.
It has been a year since all that went down. I was just wondering if it was still there so I popped into night and thought that I would pose the question and see if anything can be done now because I can't be the only one.

I am sorry, but your Farm Town account ID is tied to the Facebook account ID. There isn't any way for us to move your Farm Town account ID to another Facebook account. I am sorry, but there isn't anything we can do to help with this.
You can contact Support if you want, but there really isn't anything that can be done when you lose your Facebook account regardless of the reason. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
