I moved your post to the subject thread about the Game Migration Updates.
If you are talking about your level in the game you are at the level for the amount of experience points you have. You do not automatically get the new levels. You have to earn enough experience points to gain in levels.
You can see how much you need for each level in the Game Guide chapter 25 about levels:
