I was not sure where to put this issue. I play less than 100 zoom on my browsers because my settings are large on my computers' displays. I play full screen. I will keep better track of when it does this-full or regular screen etc before I contact support. This is only affecting my 2nd acct and not my main account, but I play the main acct in Chrome. The other I use Firefox on the desktop and Brave on the Laptop. But it appears not to do this on the Facebook version.
But I really love playing on the Web version. If it becomes really bothersome I will contact support.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact Support about this since you have already tried clearing the memcache. To contact Support click on the link below, fill out the form and submit it. Be patient as it can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days for them to respond to you depending on how many tickets they have ahead of yours.

You will receive an automatic response email when you submit your ticket. That email will have your ticket number and a link for you to check the status of your ticket, so please do not delete that email. If you do not see the email then check your spam folder as sometimes those emails get classified as spam.
