Hi Cliffcor,
I moved your post to the thread about cargo ships.
The time for preparation is based on how many ships you have dispatched in the last 7 days. Each ship you dispatch only stays on that list for 7 days to the second. When one drops off the list at the end of that time then your container loading time can go up.
