Yes I harvested them after opening the farm pass. Otherwise I wouldn't have harvested them. Well, I will wait untill they are ready to harvest again.
Odd, I did harvest them! I am 100% sure.
I will clear memcache before harvesting again.

Are you sure you harvested them after opening your farm pass?

The only thing I can offer you is to wait till the shed is ready again as it is a seasonal gaol and you can work it till the end of the month.

Just in case and before harvesting the animal shed, please clear your memcache and see if sheep are added.
