I moved your posts to the thread about cannot load the game.

Please check if your browser is up to date. Also check if your operation system is updated.
If any update is done, then please restart your computer and then try to load the game again.

You can also reset your router/modem for a minute.

I also hid everthing in your preferences (trees, factories, ponds, flowers etc) to make it easier for you to load the game.
When you load the game, click in your preferences, the wrench, and put a check mark to the Show.... options and then click in the green check mark to save changes.
