I am trying to finish a quest to make and load Beet Borscht in Taste of Russia. I cannot get my rye flour to show as working in the quest. I have tried every which way of loading it including clicking on it in the quest and clicking on it in the restaurant as well as loading all from the facilities manager. It will not bring the working time up in the quest window. I will not be able to finish this quest.

Can you do anything about this?
