Are you still having problems?
If so, please go to your farm 24, Amish Farm, where you have a Mineral Mine which do not have any item started. Then start only 1 batch for each item you need for your quest and see if that works.
Do not use the start all for quests, as if it doesnt work, then you will need to wait the exact time for each item to be able to start a new batch.
