It's now easier to communicate with your employees: There is a new message envelope icon at the top right in the 'Show Names->Show User Info' screen that will show you all your employees and visitors in your farms, from that screen you can send them neighbor requests, buddy requests, offline messages and chat messages. You don't have to be at your farms to do this, you can be at the markets or visiting other farmers.
