There isnt a check box next the animal sheds.
If you do not want to see them on your farms, then click in your preferences, the wrench, and uncheck "Show Animal Buildings" option.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.
If you do not want to see them in your Facility Manager, then open the Facility Manager and click in the Funnel.
Under Facility Type, uncheck "Animal Buildings" option.
Then click in the green check mark to save changes.
