Ink and Pigments Factory
So I'm trying to do the "load 25 headband in a facility" quest. I've been trying all day to produce the blue ink required and it keeps telling me I can only have so many "pending". I've waited at least a couple hours before posting this. What gives?
ETA: Also doing the same thing for my kraft tubes quest.
