If you are talking about the red, orange and green gifting machine, they do not increase your gift storage. Only the last 4 gift machines increase your gift capacity. Those are the purple, brown, blue, and light blue ones. You do have to buy them all in order though.
Without those you can only get 150 gifts in your gift box.
