I moved your post to the thread about Farm Cash. Support will contact you by email to the email address you sent the email from to them. It may take them a few days to get to your ticket as there are some problems with the support program, so they are behind in processing the emails. That email address for support is the only way to get in touch with them.
Please be patient until they have a chance to look into this.
