I'm one of the people that is affected by this. I am a computer person and have a number of friends that are IT people. When I describe what is happening, every single one of them says that this sounds like an issue with the game or the game servers, NOT the multiple steps between our computers and the FT servers. I have been sending error reports any time I get an error on the FT console, but it seems like those reports go into a deep, black hole because I'm not even getting acknowledgement any more. I am really tired of having to spend 8 or more hours on FarmTown doing tasks that should take less than an hour. I am forced to reload multiple times due to the game freezing. That reloading time and time again can't be good for the server load. I think the most frustrating part of this entire issue is that there has been no acknowledgement of the issue from Raul. A few days ago, while this issue was happening, there was a fix posted for the game, but there were no known issues according the fix release information. I beg to differ. This is a major issue and it would be nice to have the issue acknowledged other than "we aren't having an problems and it doesn't appear to be our servers as far as we know." To me, this sounds like a doctor telling us that a real problem is "all in our head."
