I moved your post to the thread aboutloading issues.
I see one possible problem with your hardware acceleration being disabled. We do reccomend that be enabled for the speed is faster with it than the software acceleration.
That said if you have updated your computer and browser (new update yesterday for Chrome, Edge and Firefox) then please try all the suggestions in the following link:

Even if you have fiber optic, that is only between you and your service provider. It could still be an internet problem somewhere between you and the game servers that is causing data to be lost. Between you and the servers are many links that the data for the game has to travel through to get to and from the server. Any one of those links having a problem or heavy traffic can cause slowed down or lost data transfer.
