Hi Lisa,
The game servers and the forum servers are in the same location.
Even though your internet speed is correct that is only telling you the speed between you and your service provider. There are many other links that your data has to go through to get to and back from the servers. So any one of those links having problems or heavy traffic can cause you problems with loading or doing things on your farms or in the forums. Your Alexa device does not check those links because it goes a different path to check. And we have no way to check them either.
