Hi Snowfall,
How many Oil Refineries did you have in Item storage before you tried to place it? We are seeing you still have one in your Item Storage. If you are not seeing that one, please reload the game and look in storage again and also check the farm you were placing it on to see if one is there.
If you had 2 in Item storage and you still don't see an oil refinery on the farm you originally placed it on you will need to contact the
support team again.
